Stayed for one night due to location during road trip . They didn’t have the room type I booked on arrival. Staff was very under trained and unprofessional. during check in they were on a phone call to another staff member. I was on second floor which was not ideal as had very heavy bags and there was no lift (elevator) no help was offered. Indoor pool was closed due to a leak in the ceiling. Which is a shame because that was the reason I booked this hotel. Most expensive and worst hotel for my whole 3 month trip!

Called in advance to make sure pool would be open (traveling with a 6 year old who was super excited for it) and was assured the renovation would be complete. Pool was closed when we got there because the ceiling tiles collapsed! The staff was friendly. The room had an overpowering stench of essential oils. Enough to give me a headache and my six year old to complain. At breakfast which consisted of very select choices of: one choice of cereal, instant oatmeal or yogurt, I learned that other rooms had the same smell. The bed was not comfortable but that seemed to be isolated to our room. I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay here which surprised me as I have never had a problem with DaysInn before. I’m glad I did not book this for our return trip!

Pretty low expectations overall and was worse than expected. Sheets stained, carpet stained, extremely noisy and the A/C/heat was broken. The bathroom was actually clean and in good condition but everything else needs some work.

The facility reeked of cigarette smoke. The toilet seat was broken. There was blood and mold on the shower curtain. And the list could go on.

After a grueling 14-hour drive, my family and I arrived, eager for some much-needed rest before embarking on another 10-hour journey. However, what we encountered was far from the relaxing experience we had hoped for and we quickly left without staying the night. Firstly, upon check-in, the front desk seemed unaware of our reservation, leading to an extensive delay in locating it. This was extremely frustrating given our exhaustion and the urgency of our need for rest. Furthermore, upon entering our room, we were horrified to discover various stains on the sheets, indicating a lack of proper hygiene standards. Additionally, the bathroom was far from clean, with visible signs of neglect. This experience was not only unpleasant but also completely unacceptable. As paying customers, we expect a certain level of cleanliness and professionalism, both of which were sorely lacking during our stay. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar disappointments. Additionally, I kindly request a refund or compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. I don't often leave negative reviews on a property, but I feel obligated to let people know what to expect at this hotel. My first clue was the drive up to the building. This building needs some major facelifts. It looks rundown. It didn't get much better when I got inside. The carpets in the hallways were so dirty! I would have liked to not stay there, but I had prepaid for the room, so I was stuck with it. The first room they gave me had a refrigerator that was making an annoying thunking sound, and I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep there. It was also on the second floor, and I had a couple of suitcases and a cooler with me. There was no elevator. While I could have gotten it up the stairs, it would have been a challenge. I went back down to reception and requested a room on the first floor, and one without the annoying refrigerator sound. I had to change my room type from king to two queens, but this was fine. Where do I begin on the room's flaws? There was so much black mold in the bathtub that I was afraid to take a shower in it. There were stains on the box springs cover and chairs. The television and the coffee maker didn't work. I kept expecting the host from hotel hell to come through the door at any moment. Believe me, they could use his input. The hotel served breakfast, and I went down the next morning. The coffee was fine, but the only options for breakfast were instant oatmeal, cereal and toast. No thanks. I will say that the staff was very friendly and accommodating, which is the reason I gave the property two stars.

We booked a non-smoking room but our room was given to someone who walked in before we got there. The only from available was a smoking room. The toilet did not flush and there was a huge spatter in the bathtub that looked suspiciously like blood. Although the night manager was very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible, the hotel itself was disgusting.
