Ok lækkert værelse, men elendige dyner og hovedpude. Vi havde en nabo som så tv med en virkelig høj volume, så vi kunne følge med i alt, og så faldt personen i søvn, så vi har haft glæde af deres tv hele natten indtil deres vækkeur ringede.

Upgraded to a suite which was very comfortable and spacious. A very nice hotel set in the countryside just outside the town, very quiet and relaxing. Staff always welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend. Quality of food with wide choice locally sourced

Excellent hotel. Friendly/helpful staff. Large spacious room and bathroom. Restaurants food was excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast was included and again excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this hotel

This hotel is one of the best we've stayed. The entire staff was very friendly and the owner Frau Surrendorf is onsight. Large spacious room and bathroom. Restaurant food was excellent . Breakfast buffet was exceptional and it was included in the room price was included and again excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this hotel. They have a pool and two saunas. We've had birthday celebrations in their dining/garden room. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.

I had given my husband a 2-night stay as a gift because he really wanted to see the site of the Varus Battle (park and museum). The package (culture days) was perfect because it included all entrance tickets and a 3-course meal on both evenings. The rooms were clean and there was even a fridge. The staff were very accommodating, especially when my husband got an upset stomach on the second day. They were all very helpful and brought him a pot of tea to his room. They also kept asking if there was anything else they could do for him. The food was also very tasty and the portions were more than sufficient (unfortunately my husband could only eat one evening). We felt very comfortable.
