Stayed here for 4 nights. Excellent staff; everyone was very pleasant and professional. Had a problem with our room lock so had to move to another room. Toilets are way too low (unless you are very short). Why would a hotel renovate and not update to high toilets? Water pressure was low. Nice feature was the shampoo, conditioner & gel attached to wall. No maid service unless requested ( did not realize this as not told when checked in) only a sign posted. Room very clean and updated. Free breakfast good but ran out of bacon both days that we ate there. Parking fine and always managed to find a space.

Convenient location ... Some nice restaurants near and a Starbucks. Quietly Hidden among trees so good walking for doggie ... pet friendly hotel. Affordable pricing . I actually slept good, love the firmness of their pillows. Breakfast time is great ....stops at 10a.m. perfect for late risers. You can take it to your room. If for later a microwave and fridge in room .

The rooms have living rooms with a TV and a pull out couch in addition to a private bedroom.

The room is very spacious and clean. The bedding is very comfortable. Two big beds can accommodate four people. The son owns a bed and includes 5 breakfasts. The breakfast variety is okay, there are hot scrambled eggs and meatloaf, you can also make homemade waffles, original flavor and blueberry flavor, very delicious.

Hello, my stay here has been great. The customer service was awesome. We were able to check in and the person who served us was very nice and professional and pleasant. Her name was Ms Angela. It had already been a long day. Our church group was coming in from Georgia to visit Bush Gardens. After this long trip, it was great to be able to be checked in, in a nice and timely manner. Ms Angela checked us in and was very helpful in explaining things concerning processing our payment, letting us know about our room and getting us our keys. Our room was great. Nice and clean and well put together. Sleep was great and refreshing to experience. I would definitely recommend this establishment to others.

My daughter recently completed her first year at USF. I live about 3 hours away and this was my 4th visit to Tampa area. The 3 previous stays were at a ”boutique” hotel on Fowler - the visits degraded from my first time to the point the Fowler hotel became sketchy - so I opened up my search area, and WAS SO HAPPY to have booked a stay at the Residence Inn Tampa @ USF/Medical center. The lobby was CLEAN with FRIENDLY staff - the ”mini-mart” that they had outside the lobby was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you may need during your stay. I LOVED seeing the tamper proof seal on my hotel room door, AND the fact the REMOTE CONTROL was sanitized and in a sealed baggie... that did it for me! The room was beautiful - the fully stocked kitchen made door dash obsolete. The fact that there is a Starbucks literally within walking distance made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selections were fresh and plentiful. This is definitely my hotel of choice when visiting my daughter!

There were 5 nights there. Good price/performance ratio. Are Hilton Diamond customers what does not have a big advantage there. The hotel is located something outside a office zone, which is why you need a car. The breakfast is OK and continental is actually enough. The rooms are a little older and partly awaiting what would actually be renovated. All clean and ordened. Some rooms are not recommended, however, since it seems that despite smoking bans, they are sometimes smoked in the rooms or are close to the guest washing rooms and are also in front of them with noise equipment. There you should then contact the staff for another room. This has worked best and smoothly with us. The air conditioning in the room is, as mostly in the United States, relatively noisy and the refrigerator is also heard. We would like to emphasize particularly the extremely friendly and helpful staff, all from the reception to the restaurant to cleaning. They have been treated so rarely and familiarly.
