The reception desk is on the underground floor, the mobile phone signal is very weak, the Wi-Fi is very slow, and the webpage cannot be opened. I am anxious. The room is not clean, the bed sheets have not been changed, and there are long hair... In short, it is not ideal. In the mixed room where I live, there is a woman who smells of curry. My god, it smells so bad. The bathroom is clean, but there is no mirror. There is no elevator, and it is very tiring to carry a big box up the stairs.

Great value for money. Since it is not a popular tourist city, there are few people in winter. I stayed for two nights and visited all the attractions during the day on the second day. I felt it was pretty good. I don't think it is necessary to eat local food here. The overall dishes are similar to those in Czech and Poland. The main thing is that they are unpalatable. I had two meals, 25 to 35 euros, and every meal was a disaster. It is suitable for tourism, but you don't need to eat. Just go to the convenience store to buy some cookies and have a McDonald's meal.

I was surprised I had to pay extra money at the reception. There was no information about it at ctrip. My room was very simple, but big and clean. Shared toilet and shower are good. This hotel is one of the cheapest accommodation next to the old town. It’s a very good and safe option for small budget tourists. The train station is just within 7mins.

Posizione dell'ostello comoda e sicura, vicino alla stazione ed a due passi dalla città vecchia nonché a pochi chilometri dall'aeroporto. Staff gentile e disponibile, hanno dato la possibilità di tenere i bagagli nel ripostiglio anche dopo il check-out. Da segnalare però una colazione molto scarna (considerato il costo di 6 euro al giorno), posate sporche, tavoli sporchi. Bagni e docce non pulitissimi ma questo è da imputare soprattutto ai maleducati che soggiornano nell'edificio, più che ai gestori dell'ostello.

Good hostel to stay in if you're interrailing/ travelling with friends. I stayed in a private 4-bed room with my friends here. The location isn't that central but it's an easily commutable distance so still good. It's clean and convenient, nice downstairs area with kitchen and public space. Staff lovely and friendly. Room was clean, beds not too comfy but it's what you expect for the price, but other than that was good. The bathrooms were very clean and nice, cleaned often and good size. Recommend for people interrailing/ travelling.

The hotel was in a great location, the rooms were nice and warm but it was an hostel and not an 4 star hotel (like on some website). I felt a bit unsafe about the doors were not locked at all, the walk from the entrance to the hostel were lack of light. The beds were so uncomfortable and the same goes to the pillows. I got charged 3.50 euros at night in City tax (nothing to do with them directly) but it is a complete joke.

Horrible, I don't recommend it! We found a lot of bed fleas in the room and had to change hotels in the middle of the night. The staff were however very friendly and made the laundry room available for us to process our clothes.

Toi noisy. The people going to the common bathrooms and toilets slam the doors and let the doors open of the bathroom by night and until 2 am an horrible mix of constant noise and bad smell because not message is written on the doors to remind people to be civilised. It is just impossible to rest or sleep on this hotel. I’ll have to come back to Bratislava for business purpose and you can be sure it won’t be here.
