Positiv war das Umfeld des Hotels, welches jedoch schwer zu finden war. Die Matratzen waren stark erneuerungsbedürftig und die Gaststätte hatte ohne vorherige Ankündigung zu.

we really enjoyed our stay - nice room (suite), nice staff, nice breakfast :) The hotel is definetely not centrally located but for our needs (festival) is was just perfect Also the garage is a very good service, the car always cool(ed) ;)

Hotel certainly not cheaper than others. Indeed.... Difficulty communicating in English. The room was nothing special, even if it was clean. The window overlooking the terrace (last cleaned last century) does not close. Traffic noise comes in as well as rain. On the other hand, water comes out onto the bathroom floor from the shower cubicle, which is also broken. The shower tray does not drain, and after 1 minute of showering the water reaches my ankles. The hairdryer doesn't work. We had asked for a third pillow for our daughter, who as the only solution could sleep with us in the double bed. It was not provided to us. To our complaints, in the morning, a nice shrug of the shoulders and an I don't understand.... P.S. from 10 pm in the hotel it is not possible to interact with anyone.

It was our second stay in year 2022 there and we were again very satisfied. We visited the Advent market in the old town and also a few sights there again. We recommend a visit to Bratislava (really a nice and beautiful town).

A hotel just a few minutes from the Ondrej Nepela Arena. The room was well equipped (even an iron available!) and spacious. The abundant breakfast, the only flaw is that coming from Italy, the coffee from the machine was not up to par... The staff were friendly and helpful and it was ideal for going to the event at the Arena!
