The room was a disaster! Ants and beetles in the room, including in the bed. Shower dirty. You couldn't lock the room.
Last but not least, we had to pay again even though we had already paid online when booking.

Posizione comoda vicino al casello di Brescia Centro; percheggio sia esterno che sotterraneo gratuito; staff molto disponibile e cordiale; camera ordinata, pulita, silenziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno; colazione semplice, ma completa.. il tutto per un prezzo assolutamente onesto (60 euro circa x1 notte - camera doppia uso singolo). In caso capitasse, tornerò con piacere. unico "neo" (a mero parere personale, ma che non ha influito in ogni caso sul soggiorno positivo), si potrebbe prevedere un doppo cuscino - uno più sottile e uno più spesso - per dare un plus al comfort del riposo.

Wonderful hotel....a little out of the way....thank god for Google maps The bedroom was spacious and a well appointed bathroom We arrived in temperature of late thirties Evening meal had melon to die for which the waitress replinished numerous times Value was excellent One little crib Breakfast was okay The receptionist the following morning must and deserves a favourable mention Would I recommend Yes yes yes Old world elegance at a budget price

Scrivo la recensione perché non riesco a dormire, sono le 4:51, sono sveglia dalle 2:00. La camera che mi era stata assegnata aveva la finestra aperta ed era piena di insetti. Vado a dirlo in reception e mi dicono che sono al completo e che non possono cambiarmi stanza. Mi mandano una signora (gentile e premurosa) a tentare di pulire la camera. Mi chiede perché non mi avessero cambiato camera, le dico che mi avevano risposto di essere al completo. Lei dice che non è vero, va in reception e mi danno una nuova stanza. È caldo, se si tiene la finestra aperta il rumore stradale è estenuante, se la si tiene chiusa si soffoca. Il climatizzatore non funziona, vado a dirlo in reception e il massimo che riescono a fare è darmi un ventilatore, vecchio e traballante, più rumoroso della strada. Verso mezzanotte, stanca dal viaggio, riesco non so neanche come ad addormentarmi, svegliata alle 2:00 dal rumore di un letto sbatacchiato contro le pareti e gemiti vari, evidentemente prodotti dai frequentatori a ore, che se ne fregano della gente che vorrebbe dormire. Purtroppo ho pagato in anticipo, ma certamente non mi vedranno mai più. Evitate questo posto.

25/28 April 2024. Triple room. Dilapidated structure, mold on the walls, visibly old, dirty and ruined furniture. Dirty bathroom. Sheets and bedspreads with lint, hair and stains. I asked to change rooms: from room 101 I moved to room 105. The situation improved slightly apart from the fact that ... "given the time" (11pm) I had to wash the toilet myself which was visibly dirty with urine. Breakfast just enough. Only positive note: very friendly staff. Cost of stay approximately 100 euros per night.

Arrived at 3pm, took 3 rooms. At 11pm one of the 3 had been assigned to others. They give us another one, very dirty. We expect them to clean it for us. Almost 1 hour of waiting and we are past midnight. Finally in bed, suddenly a TV at full volume starts broadcasting a news program or something similar, we leave the room to ask that the reception TV be turned off given the time. We are told that it is the owner who is listening to her, so what?? He must turn it off, even if it were the Pope. And finally they turn it off. Very large rooms but dilapidated furniture, bathtubs repaired at best, signs of wear everywhere, plaster coming off the walls, doors dragging on the floor. Toilet seat broken so much so that a lady was injured. Breakfast? No comments apart from the cappuccino and coffee. Salty not received. Bagged snacks from the supermarket and some quite tasty cakes. I could write a thousand other things but I'll stop here. Naturally we made our complaints at the time of payment and they gave us a discount but for me who had booked the 3 rooms it was a terrible impression. I had to apologize to my friends I don't know how many times and I'm still embarrassed.
