The hotel is at wonderful location and shops are all around. The room itself is great with very new equipment. Balcony part was a bit disappointed as it is right facing the taxi stand (if they assign you to rooms on lower level).

The environment, sanitation and reception are all very good, the price is right, the location is also very good, and it is very close to everywhere. I will choose this place again when I travel next time.

The room is smaller than in the photos. If you pull out the sofa bed in the living room, there is basically no extra space. The kitchen is long and thin. Although it is small, it is fully equipped and convenient for washing and cooking. The environment at the entrance of the hotel is average and under construction. But it is very close to all attractions.

Clean, bright and spacious, good value for money. In the summer, the room is a bit stuffy in the afternoon and evening due to the west sun.

The service is good according to apartment standards, which is different from a hotel. However, the location is quite good. The room I booked has a large green space when I opened the window. It is very good. The location cannot be better, very convenient. It feels like the center.

The front desk is very nice. The room is a bit renovated and has not been cleaned for two days.

We stayed at Q Square supercity in Brighton from 26th to 30th August this year. As I have a health condition I contacted the hotel prior to our arrival and I made several requests. When we got to our apartment I was very pleased to find out that all my requests had been fulfilled. The apartment was spotless and extremely clean. The housekeeping team are obviously doing an outstanding job. The receptionists were polite, welcoming and helpful. The apartment had everything you need but I would have loved to find a teapot there . The hotel is right in the city centre and a short walk to the beach. We had a small balcony with a sea view. Next time we stay there I would love if they allocate for us an apartment on the very top floor as the view must be fantastic up there. We had a great time. Charles and Anthony

To begin with the studio apartment was perfect,spotless with everything we needed HOWEVER,what was not exposed on booking is the construction work taking place right outside the front of the building. This (I found out)has been going on for six months yet,they choose not to expose this( obviously, as they wouldn’t sell some of the rooms) We were woken at 6.40am every morning on our mini break! The manager offered a different room ,also at the front of the building( how does this help?) She also advised’ We can’t help traffic noise’ This is absolutely NOT ‘traffic noise’ This is planned construction work!! Work, as previously stated they are choosing NOT to expose or reflect in their pricing( these studios are not cheap) We were only at the Aparthotel three nights and lost a morning of our mini break to arguing with the manager. FURTHER- I have a medical condition. I can manage this condition myself with no need for special access to rooms,aids or adaptations but ,what I do need ,is rest and I have to ‘pace’( auto immune deceased called Axal spa) I have returned home extremely unwell having gone into ‘flare’ I did not get the sleep or rest I needed and found this trip actually very stressful and upsetting having looked forward to a few days away. This break was not the relaxing retreat we where looking for nor peaceful ! If you are away on a work trip ,getting up early, then this will not be an issue. If you are looking for a relaxing break and you have a studio or room at the front of the building you will not have any peace. This work starts very early and continues on and off all day and into the late evening. Eventually, we where offered a £100 deducted from the bill ( this was passed onto us by the receptionist ,not the manager) I do not feel this in anyway reflects the upset and subsequent ill health this has caused me. I am currently off work now ,until this flare and fatigue subsides ( I was under control with my decease at the start of the trip) Footnote- The apartments are within close distance to beach and shops POSITIVE POINT-I would like to add, the receptionist Ryan, is an absolute asset to this establishment.Kind, empathic and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. The most polite,engaging, courteous guy. Bravo Ryan !

Nice apartment in the middle of a bustling area. Only 5 mins walk to the beach. The apartment given to us is well maintained, clean and spacious. Highlight is the big terrace with sea view. Nice reception area and the staff is very welcoming. Check-in and check out process was quick and easy. Number of restaurants and shops nearby.

Unlike other choices in the area, this is not on the beach & more in the city. That being said, it feels brand new & my studio had a little terrace & I could still see the water from the 2nd floor. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom was big (lights turn on automatically when you get in) and the bedroom can make you feel at home. I also liked how it came stocked with washer/dryer combo (which was hard to use and it took me awhile to find instructions online). I wasn’t sure how to work the AC (although thrrr is a climate control) so I used the ceiling fan and that was fine for me. I recommend this place if you are looking for more corporate style housing or if you need modern amenities. I will def stay here again!

This apartment hotel I can highly recommend. Perfect location. Bright interior. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Friendly staff. We stayed on the 4th floor with seaview, perect. We will surely stay here next time we visit Brighton.

This was a last minute booking but no problem, process was very smooth. Room had a king size bed, very comfortable and a lovely ensuite shower room. Shower was drenched style and excellent pressure. Shampoo and shower gel provided. Everything was very clean. There’s also a small kitchen area with utensils for cooking and eating. Two small bottles of water and a small bottle of milk in the fridge . No breakfast provided on site but there are plenty of cafes in the area as it is so central. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.

This was a very good little find it is tucked away off of the main shopping part of Brighton top of a hill so be warned. We had a studio apartment really lovely cosy quiet lush bed and spotless Only issue is parking we had to pay £34 for 24 hours that brought total for stay over £200 a night so would look for somewhere with parking next time
