The room smells, like wet and damp cloth, the bed sheets, pillows are not very clean, there are 7 TV channels, but all the same stories, Chinese stories. It's better not to put a TV for decoration. There are no disturbances from spirits, the room is very thin, you can hear people talking.

Very problematic..the staff service is not okay. Calls are many times not answered..the hotel canceled last minute after we arrived there..luckily there was a hotel in Brincang..but thank goodness there was a trip agent because they gave me a refund..the trip agent's service was very good.

The room was not very clean. The quilt cover was a bit dirty. I asked for a replacement, but they forgot, so I had to ask again. The towels were also limited, and I couldn’t request extra ones. The floor had a lot of dust as well.

The hotel is in good condition, the beds are clean, towels are provided. The toilet is also clean. There is no problem staying here, it is comfortable for those looking for a budget hotel.
The location is on point for me because it is close to the SG Palas tea plantation, mossy forest, Kea farm and close to DIY. hehe

After this, I just booked here. Close to KEA FARM, AGRO MARKET. Easy to bring children because there is an elevator. Very helpful when carrying big bags.
