We had our wedding at Rhinefield this weekend just gone and we could not have had a better experience. Annette, our wedding coordinator, was fantastic from the get go - she made the planning process so easy, and was always on hand to answer what we thought was the most stupid or small question. We were able to direct our vendors to Annette as the day approached to deal with logistics and so didn’t haven’t to worry about when the florist was arriving or what insurance the band had, etc. We both have busy work schedules (I in particular have very little free time in the week) and having someone you could rely on to get stuff done, with a smile, was fantastic. The venue itself is just stunning, and the whole set up for the wedding was beautiful. We arrived on Friday and stayed in the Heron Suite which had more than enough space for our makeup artists, photographer, etc. We had room service lunch and then dinner in the Conservatory restaurant that night, which was all delicious, just like our wedding meal. Our stuff was moved very smoothly to the beautiful Walker bridal suite during the day, and it’s just a shame that we stayed up so late in the hotel bar after the wedding that we didn’t wake up in time to enjoy it more! Optional touches for the wedding itself included fire bowls and marshmallows to toast, which went down a treat with our guests, and the fairy lighting in the Great Hall and Kings Room was beautiful. Throughout the weekend the service from the hotel was fantastic - we felt that we were treated like royalty the whole time, as did our guests. We couldn’t have wanted a better stay or wedding, and we’ll be back next year for an anniversary treat!
Very Good
