The hotel offers airport shuttle service, which made it super easy to find. All the staff were incredibly polite. I was a bit worried at first, but my actual experience was fantastic. The driver was very courteous, and the shuttles were always on time. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating. Overall, a great experience! If you're going to Disneyland, this is definitely my top recommendation – excellent value for money. For the return trip from Disneyland, it's just two subway stops to Tung Chung, and if you time it right, there's a shuttle to take you back to the hotel. The breakfast is quite good for a four-star hotel, and the lobby feels more like a five-star. The room was a bit small, but that's normal for Hong Kong.

They upgraded us to a sea-view room for free since there weren't many guests, and it looked exactly like the photos. Considering the price of 729 (including tax) for such a spacious room, it was quite good, especially compared to the cramped rooms with one-meter beds in Mong Kok and Tsim Sha Tsui that cost almost 1000. It's a bit of a walk, about 10 minutes from the MTR station, but it's still convenient for getting around. Overall, very satisfied.

The hotel is located above the MOKO shopping mall, offering convenient access to various shops and a wide selection of dining options, including a Yata supermarket on the 5th floor. Transportation is also a breeze, as it's directly connected to Mong Kok East Station; you can take the escalator to the lobby and walk through the mall straight to the MTR. If you have luggage or are traveling with children, I recommend booking through Ctrip for a private car transfer, which will be much more convenient. You can also walk to Mong Kok via a covered walkway, and Langham Place is just a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel housekeeping is excellent, and the room service staff, front desk, and bellhops are all very polite. We booked a family twin room with two 1.5-meter beds. Given that space is at a premium in Hong Kong, the room was quite spacious.
The only downside was the weak shower pressure, and the bathtub was pretty useless. When showering inside it, there was very little standing room, and the drain was a bit clogged, causing the water to drain slowly and accumulate.

First time here, stayed on the executive floor, and overall I was quite satisfied. The front desk service was excellent; there was a young man whose Mandarin was clear and fluent, and he was very warm and attentive. He processed our early check-in, introduced the hotel's free shuttle bus, and even lent us a universal adapter. I think his name was A**son – I made a note of it at the time, but I've forgotten half of it since… A special shout-out to him! (May 2nd)
The downside is that the hotel was too cold… The central air conditioning couldn't be turned off, and the fan was noisy at night.
Also, I hope the executive lounge adds more staff who can speak Mandarin.

This hotel is super convenient! It's just a few minutes' walk (around 300 meters) from Wan Chai MTR station, and there are bus and tram stops right downstairs. Plus, there's a Starbucks just below, which is a lifesaver for coffee lovers. I stayed at the Empire Hotel Tsim Sha Tsui the night before, and in comparison, the Empire Hotel Wan Chai was more affordable and felt a bit newer. The room was small but spotless, and for Hong Kong hotel prices, it was excellent value for money.

This was my second stay, and it was excellent. The hotel is very close to the subway station, and all the staff are very polite. This time I stayed in room 1513, which had two windows and was very bright. The hotel really pays attention to details; the shower head holder is longer than in most hotels, which helps to secure the shower head better. They also offer both firm and soft pillows. The only thing that could be improved was the Wi-Fi password for this room. I tried connecting several times, and it kept saying the password was incorrect. After calling to verify, I found out the second character of the password was a capital 'I' instead of a lowercase 'l', but on my phone, they looked identical. I don't think I'm the only guest who would make this mistake. Instead of having guests call to verify, it would be better to use a password that's less prone to such confusion.

Taking city bus A21 from the airport and getting off at the Hong Kong Science Museum stop, the hotel is just a 3-minute walk away. The transportation is incredibly convenient, and it's also not far from Tsim Sha Tsui, making getting around very easy. The room was neat and clean, with complete facilities. On the first day of my stay, I even received a large bottle of complimentary mineral water. Since my flight was in the evening, I left my luggage at the hotel when checking out, and the staff were very helpful, providing assistance and even transportation suggestions. It was a very thoughtful experience. Next time I visit Hong Kong, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!
Facilities: The hotel facilities are complete.
Hygiene: Neat and clean, and it's a smoke-free environment.
Environment: The environment is excellent, and it's convenient for getting around.
Service: The staff are warm, attentive, and provide excellent service.

The Executive Floor accommodations are excellent: clean, bright, and with relatively new facilities. The room window faced an inner courtyard. There was portable WiFi and a UK power adapter, making for a comfortable stay. The surrounding amenities are also great.
1. Check-in wasn't available until 3 PM, and we arrived at 1:30 PM, which was a bit awkward. We were offered an upgrade to a different room type for an additional fee to get a room immediately (the Executive Floor stay was quite good).
2. The room was larger than expected. Being several floors above the bar downstairs, noise was not a significant issue.
3. The overall environment was pleasant. If I come back, I would definitely consider staying on the Executive Floor again. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were to our liking.
4. It's worth mentioning that there's a shopping mall downstairs, along with Don Quijote, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and a 7-Eleven. There are also many cha chaan tengs and restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. However, if you need to transfer to the Tuen Ma Line, it's a bit of a trek, adding at least another 10 minutes.
5. After the plastic ban, the hotel's toiletries and bottled water packaging have changed materials, but it doesn't affect their use.
6. Check-out is at 12 PM, but unfortunately, one morning the fire alarm went off repeatedly for some unknown reason. Confused, we left early.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the entrance is very noticeable. It's close to the Wan Chai MTR station, and there are many great restaurants nearby. We arrived a bit early, and the front desk agent, Lina Liu, kindly arranged an early check-in for us since there was a room available. After dropping off our luggage, we were able to go out and explore right away. She also gave each of us a canvas bag; her service was warm and attentive. The room itself was great – clean, tidy, and bright, with disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. As someone with sleep issues, I slept soundly for ten hours. All the front desk staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. There's an outdoor pool and foot bath in the side wing, which was very relaxing for a massage after a day of walking. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, so the images are of the nearby streetscape. I'll definitely come back again.

Panda hotel Tsuen Wan HK, one of the most worth what you pay for hotels in HK, the room is quite big for HK space standards and the hotel access to restaurants and transportation iwas easily accessible with buses right outside the vicinity and a brisk walk going to mtr tai wo hau station, it is on red line mtr and accessible going to sham shui po, yau ma tei, jordan, mongkok and interchange mtr lines. inside and outside the hotel vicinity there were a lot of food options and Aeon grocery on B3-B1 floors of the Panda hotel. i would deifinitely recommend this hotel gor your future travel accomodations in HK. the check out process was also fast and theres also money changer in the front desk of the hotel. you may also opt to purchase their breakfast or try to look for other options inside the hotel or outside the hotel. it was a great accomodation experience in Panda hotel and till next time again.

GGuest UserWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. My husband and I stayed in one room, while my parents stayed in another.
The bathroom and shower were very clean and comfortable. The view is definitely better on the higher floors — my parents stayed on the 31st floor and had a lovely view, while our room on the 12th floor didn’t have much of a view, but honestly, we were mostly there just to sleep.
There was bottled water in the room upon arrival, but when we asked for more the next day, we were told to get it from the gym. Also, the cone-shaped paper cups in the gym were not very practical — that could be improved. On the positive side, the hotel has a gym for those interested.
The location is very convenient. We used the tram frequently to explore Hong Kong, and it’s very close to the hotel. There is also a shopping mall nearby, plenty of places to eat, and a supermarket right across the street.
The room overall was nice. There was a slight humidity smell, but that seems to be common in Hong Kong. Keeping the air conditioning on helps a lot.
It would be great if the hotel had universal power outlets.
Greetings from Turkey — Turkish guests would definitely enjoy staying at this hotel.
AAnonymous UserStaying here for second time. The room was a bit old and the curtain doesn’t work well but as a solo traveler, it was ok. The door is not well soundproof. I would prefer the first time I stayed here. However, with this price in HK, I would say I am still ok with overall experience.

GGuest UserI chose this place because of the family-friendly cubicle rooms, the shuttle service to Tsuen Wan, and the excellent environment. The hotel also has a small activity area for relaxation. During my stay, the hotel didn't provide free toothbrushes, but towels were available.
WWhere are the JacksWe are a family of four. Stayed for 6 days in their family room. Room size is big for Hong Kong standards at 28 square meters with two double beds. 4500 Pesos per night, great Value for money. Different themed floors and rooms. Greece, Africa, cozi penguins etc. It has a playroom for kids. gym and sauna, also a swimming pool, but it's closed, open during summertime or July. Service is great. Staff are all nice. Spoke to them in english and Mandarin.
MTR and Bus are only in front of the hotel, or about 300 meters. Connected to V CITY MALL, and connected to other malls, tuen men plaza, tuen men park etc. all via connecting Bridge. You can take the 33AX bus going from and to the airport. Only cost 17 HK dollars. Oh we went to a local catholic church for the easter sunday mass. It's in front of V City Mall. MTR takes you everywhere in HK very convenient yet cheap because it's not your usual touristy area like Tsim Sha Tsui.
GGuest UserThis hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! For a price over HKD 1,000, I was expecting a tiny room in Hong Kong, but to my surprise, it was a suite. It had a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table, and the bedroom had a super large bed. Plus, all the details in the bathroom were very clean.
The hotel staff were very nice, and their Mandarin was good. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, where you could order one set meal, and all four I tried were delicious. You could even see parrots flying outside the window while having breakfast.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. It's about two bus stops from Admiralty Station (or walkable, really), a 200-meter walk from the Peak Tram Macdonnell Road Station, and within walking distance of Hong Kong Park and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. Highly recommend!
RRyonChenThe location is super convenient, with direct subway access. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel right at home. While the room wasn't huge, it was clean and comfortable, and the sea view from my room was spectacular. Overall, it's great value for money, perfect for business trips or short getaways. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is right outside Tsim Sha Tsui, and the environment is pretty good. However, the check-in and check-out times felt a bit cramped – less than 24 hours in total, checking in at 3 PM and checking out at 11 AM. Everything else was okay, but the front desk's attitude towards mainland Chinese tourists left something to be desired.
GGuest UserBooked this place as a treat during our stay in Hong Kong and wow. It was even better than I was anticipating. Big apartment and very clean. Had everything we needed. Thank you! Loads of local recommended spots close by. Foodie heaven!! Would deffo come back. Staff was extremely lovely also. Got to store our bags there for free.
