Our room was known by the front desk to have a bathroom sewer problem- it made the water, shower and toilet unusable. . The hotel offered to change our room if we paid an additional $250 euros. To me, that is taking advantage of the customer to get more money despite the problem they knew they had. They also offered air freshener spray. So we washed in the lobby sink and brushed our teeth there. Our friends had a poor experience with many bugs and spiders in their room. The hotel decor was beautiful - but hat had nothing to do with how management solves problems that they knew were already there.

It was a very nice hotel and the breakfast was absolutely amazing

I had to cancel but they wouldn't refund me, so I had to pay without actually staying, very poor customer service.

Hotel very well located, 10 minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes from one of the main streets. Big rooms and very clean. Tastefully renovated hotel. Very complete breakfast, it is worth booking it and having breakfast.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel room is large and the facilities are clean. There is a small garden in the middle. The whole hotel is very quiet. The location is good and it is very convenient to go out.
