Hotel le Bois de Bruges

Hotel ideally located near the Grand Place and the historic district. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room is a bit small for a 4-star hotel, but the services available are present (Nespresso coffee maker, hair dryer, wifi, etc.). The breakfast was a treat, I recommend it! There are two paid car parks nearby.

THE RECEPTIONIST IN THE AFTERNOON AN IMPRESENTABLE WHEN INSINUATING GOAT HORNS FOR MY SECOND SURNAME. THE GIRL IN THE MORNING IS CHARMING, HE ACCOMPANIED US TO TAKE THE SUITCASES TO THE ROOM TO KEEP THEM BEFORE DELIVERING THE ROOM, THE LORD IN THE AFTERNOON GAVE ME THE KEY SO THAT I GO FOR THEM AND ASKED ME FOR IT AS IF I DID NOT GIVE IT TO YOU BEFORE TAKING THE ELEVATOR TO GO TO THE ROOM.

Superb newly renovated hotel. The rooms are large, superb bathroom. The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. The only downside (not a real coffee)

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. An ideal location for sightseeing. The breakfast was a bit unimaginative and the same every day. The scrambled eggs unfortunately on a ready basis. There wasn't much fresh fruit, and grain rolls weren't available either. Sometimes grain bread. A big drawback was the hustle and bustle directly in front of the house and our room. It's not the hotel's fault, but we weren't told about it when we booked. Although we stayed 7 nights we were not offered another room at the back although many people only stayed a night or two. This daily source of noise until 11:00 p.m. or sometimes until 12:30 a.m. was extreme. I expected more support from the staff here.

Everything was as expected. Very good. I didn't book the breakfast buffet because I found it too expensive. Too bad you couldn't order à la carte.

Well located hotel close to the center of Bruges. Decent breakfast with plenty of choice. Bedding a little hard and sewage smells in the bathroom. But impossible to sleep before 2am. First because of the fair on the vrijdagmarkt square until 00:30 am then because of the music and songs in the hotel bar and then the people talking in the corridors and on the terrace outside as in broad daylight . No civility from these people and no comment from the hotel? So everything is allowed in this hotel?

in het algemeen geen 4 sterren waard , zeker het bijhorend restaurant morningstar niet nemen in half pension , te duur naar gelang je krijgt op je bord . kamer niet goed ingedeeld voor drie personen , bedden stonden tegen muur of venster . Persoon moest via voeteinde in bed kruipen .
