Terrible. Both the hotel and trip.com. I asked to cancel the reservation two hours after making it and a week before the stay, because I only knew then that I was no longer leaving. It was not possible. They kept my money without offering me any service. Congratulations for the availability and correctness. Hotel Louise and Trip.com, never again!!!!

It was a street view, but Belgium itself has pretty streets, so it was nice, and I took a walk around the area at night, and the streets were so pretty. The room was pretty and clean, and the bathroom was especially good. The staff were all very friendly, and there was a lime in front, so if you ride a bike and go back and forth downtown, you can see the streets and it was pretty. Good.

it was a nice hotel. However, the corridor area and elevator had so much visible trash. Also, it was not possible to lock the door from inside.
Besides that, it was all good. The receptionists were super friendly!
