We really enjoyed our one-night stay at Hampton Inn Bryant. The hotel was attractive, clean, and well-located. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we slept well. When we came down for breakfast, Mindy at the front desk greeted us cheerfully. Even the man taking down the tree in the lobby was friendly. The breakfast dishes were varied and tasty, and the gentleman attending the breakfast buffet worked hard to keep the area clean and well-stocked. When we checked out, Mindy made the process quick and easy, and she was friendly as she wished us safe and enjoyable travels. The only negative part of our experience was at check-in. Stephanie at the front desk was not guest-focused. She just didn't appear to be interested in providing guests of the hotel with a positive, welcoming experience. She was not friendly, and she didn't exhibit any real concern for our billing questions. Rather than a helpful explanation or a sincere "I'm sorry for any confusion," she gave us a flat, couldn't-care-less "That's not what I show." Other than that, we were totally happy with our stay and we recommend Hampton Inn Bryant.

The staff were great! The house cleaning staff was great also. Breakfast was also good selection of morning food. What would be great if you would add turkey sausage or bacon. Everyone does not want pork in the diet.

I stayed here last night and was greeted by Shyreeta. She was super helpful and answered any questions that I had since I was taking my registered emotional support animal. Definitely one of the kindest staff that I have met! I will definitely look to stay here again!

Allergies
My wife has allergies, we asked for an allergy friendly room, we were told they don’t have them. It worked out okay, while I support pet friendly accommodations they need to remember there are those who have allergies.

This is a very nice well maintained facility. The staff is very kind and professional. We have stayed here many times during our travels. We will definately stop here again and recommend this location to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Can confirm, Shyreeta at check-in is fabulous! Great customer service. Room and bathroom clean and fresh. Breakfast in the morning - the gentleman replenishing the food is outstanding. He was constantly in motion, wiping tables, cleaning garbage off of the floor, refilling food items and coffee -he kept that breakfast area in tiptop shape!
