We really enjoyed our one-night stay at Hampton Inn Bryant. The hotel was attractive, clean, and well-located. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we slept well. When we came down for breakfast, Mindy at the front desk greeted us cheerfully. Even the man taking down the tree in the lobby was friendly. The breakfast dishes were varied and tasty, and the gentleman attending the breakfast buffet worked hard to keep the area clean and well-stocked. When we checked out, Mindy made the process quick and easy, and she was friendly as she wished us safe and enjoyable travels. The only negative part of our experience was at check-in. Stephanie at the front desk was not guest-focused. She just didn't appear to be interested in providing guests of the hotel with a positive, welcoming experience. She was not friendly, and she didn't exhibit any real concern for our billing questions. Rather than a helpful explanation or a sincere "I'm sorry for any confusion," she gave us a flat, couldn't-care-less "That's not what I show." Other than that, we were totally happy with our stay and we recommend Hampton Inn Bryant.
