The location is very good, walkable from most attractions in the city center. The staff are friendly. The room is of good size and clean. The breakfast is decent.

Hotel kept our booking despite late arrival thanks to help from Trip.com customer service. Love the hotel in general. Location is close to Old Town about 10 min walk. Morning receptionist a little bit cold. Food very good!

I picked the room because of big window, my husband is an artist and he likes to have a lot of sun in the room. We arrived late and check in was by code. So when we see the room with the wall and two very narrow windows. Definitely not like pictures showing. Next day when we spoke with reception they told me that they have only 1-2 rooms with big windows and it’s impossible for us to move there because they are busy. I’d like to ask trip.com put pictures of other room as well and people will not be disappointed with their stay like we was

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—just a few hundred meters from the express bus route 100 from the airport, and right in front of a major metro interchange station. There’s also a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Unirea Shopping Mall is within walking distance, and it’s situated in the heart of Old Town Bucharest, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The area is vibrant, with plenty of bars and halal restaurants just behind the hotel, offering a great variety of dining options. The room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, featuring a great view and even a coffee machine for added convenience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its prime location, modern amenities, and accessibility. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Comfortable hotel with good breakfast, but the service is not that great, especially the staff at night. The fat lady and the young guy at the reception was not keen to answer questions and provide minimal assistance. Regarding the facilities, nice gym and swimming pool. However, TV remote control was not working, the USB plug was not working and the door of the balcony didn’t function well….

Location is super and so easy to walk to the old n new town. Very convenient to pick up points where tour operators pick up their tourists. The breakfast was sufficient for me and staff were very friendly and helpful. Will highly recommend.

I stayed at Moxy Bucharest Old Town from 22–25 August 2025 and really enjoyed my experience. The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the Old Town, which made it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was very clean and comfortable, perfect for a short city break. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with any questions. Overall, a modern and well-run hotel that I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Bucharest.

Nice accommodation. It's not a real hotel. It's not a reception but they're available on the phone even though they never answered via mail 😅 but the boy who answered me was quick and kind at the time of self check in. The very colorful and well-treated room in details just like in the photos. Free mini bar is a chick. You also have a boiler and a coffee machine, i.e. very cocktailed. The huge bathroom to not talk about the shower. You have all the courtesy set available. Our room was looking out on the road. I don't think he has the windows quite soundless but fortunately, he's not going on the main road even though he's over the Vilacrosse gallerie with pubs.

Located in the center of Bucharest, it is very convenient to go everywhere. You can walk to various attractions. Free parking is available on the side roads of the hotel. There are also vacant spaces in the hotel’s underground parking garage. It should be charged. The facilities are fully equipped and the rooms are fully modernized. Breakfast is on the 6th floor. Very comfortable with balcony and large living room, overlooking the old town.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Bucharest and still I could find parking space for my rental car nearby the hotel at all times. Rooms are clean, spacious enough and breakfast was on the better side of the average.
