I picked this hotel for a short stay because of its web site and location. The web description and photos do not match the facility. It was the third and last hotel in our trip to Argentina. The room and its furnishings need to be updated. The room had a musty smell and water stains. The lighting was dim. The toilet flapper valve needed to be replaced, because water ran slowly after the tank was full. The hair dryer ran for 9 seconds and shut off. We had to get another one from the front desk,
I asked for a US adapter plug, and they told me I could buy one in the morning.
We had a substandard breakfast the next morning. The food did look anything like the web. We discovered that the front desk people did not understand English. On the second day of our stay, I tried to open the room safe. It did not open. The owner changed the batteries. I am not sure what would have happened if he was not there.
I had to get a replacement for the air conditioning remote because the one in the room did not work.
When I asked about printing my boarding passes I Was told the printer was broken. When I asked when it would be fixed the answer was “I do not know, I am only an employee.”

O hotel tem excelentes qualidades, é MUITO antigo e a vista é para o fundo de diversos prédios, no entanto as camas são confortáveis e o enxoval de qualidade. Toalhas grandes e quartos bem limpos. Localização fenomenal e atendimento impecável.

Café da manhã deixou a desejar. Extras do café são caríssimos. Eles também anunciam que tem quarto para 3 com cama de solteiro extra mas na verdade é um sofá muito desconfortável. Em contrapartida, os atendentes são bem educados e localização boa.
