First night was a horrible experience, dirty room, with poor ventilation, plus a shower with key problems, plus the shower curtains came apart, dirty bathroom floor. The service pointed them out, we filed a complaint, and the next day they changed us to a better room.

Nice hotel, only the bathroom was a little neglected, but everything else was very good.

The service is good, more on the normal side. The facilities are not enough to have a 4-star category.

I regret staying in that hotel. It made my stay bad. The air and elevators do not work. The hotel owner has to realize that he has to invest in his facilities. Mediocre cleaning service too. Few employees for the hotel

Horrible service. We arrived early around 8am. The guy at the reception totally ignored us. When he approached he didnt even acknowledged our presence. I greeted him with a Hello. Good morning. He simply replied : Give me a minute! Im busy here!...Story cut short . We made 2 reservations for later on that day. We used the same credit card. One of the reservations was cancelled without any warnings 3 hours after we were supposed to check in. We went to check in and the guy told us the card was invalid and the reservation had been cancelled. When we explained both families had reseved using exactly the same card, and one was still reserved , the guy stated it happens all the time. Maybe a tech problem , but we had lost our reservation anyway.Read the reviews! Families with children having their reservations cancelled, dirty rooms.pests and rude receptionists. In the end we were glad we stayed away from this place. We found a way better hotel down the road called Pleno Madero ex Own Madero. Staff members were polite, professional and the hotel was clean and welcoming.What a difference!

Room booked w/3 beds for girlfriend, her daughter and grandson. The room was dirty and in disrepair. Staff was rude. Pre-paid for five days and had no choice but to checkout after the first night. Room was nothing like their photos. Look, for $80/night, one does not expect "The Ritz" but clean and maintained at least. This was neither. Hotel did pretty well, getting over $400 for one night.

The Hotel was a good surprise in relation to what I had previously read here. It is located in an area between San Telmo and Puerto Madero with a great location. You can walk to Plaza de Mayo where metro lines are close. It is on the same street the Mafalda statue and there are several cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is good and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is not small and despite the shower being open you can even take a shower without getting everything wet. The staff are receptive and you can exchange currency at the hotel with the same values ​​offered at reliable exchange offices. Good option for those who don't want to spend a fortune on a 5-star hotel.

The mattresses are the worst, on top of that they stole money from our room, we made the corresponding complaint since the hotel did not take responsibility saying that there was a safe deposit box but said box did not work

A camera disappeared from the hotel reception on the last day of my trip. I left it thinking it was safer and when it was time to pick up my suitcases, it wasn't there, a terrible memory of Buenos Aires.

The room smelled like a drain, the towels had a lot of holes, the breakfast was expensive for the limited variety of things. In our case, the sink was broken. When we asked to change the room because of the smell, they gave us a bed with a foam mattress. A lack of respect for how expensive the hotel cost us.

The location of the hotel is great, close to Porto Madero and other points such as San Telmo and Obelisco - you can walk there. The breakfast is OK. The receptionist is excellent and you can even leave your bags stored before check-in time. The bed linen and towels are of good quality. Very quiet, I slept really well. The facilities are a little old. In the bathroom, the half blindex did not prevent the bathroom from getting wet while showering and it is very tight. There aren't many sockets or a place to rest your suitcases. The cupboards are also old, with a characteristic smell.

I stayed with my husband from the 26/12th to the 02/01/23. It's not like the picture anymore, but it was ok for the price. I think it was completely renovated and they didn't update the photos on the websites. I believe it was divided to create more suitable rooms, since they had a drywall wall dividing the room, that is, you could hear neighboring guests easily. I found the room a little dark, the room service also leaves a little to be desired, since we had to ask for toilet paper, soap, new towels… It was not replenished every day. We even found a dusty bra under the bed as soon as we arrived kkkkkk Other than that, the location was very good and we were able to check in early. Our stay didn't include breakfast, so we don't know what options were served. But a tip is precisely not to end with coffee, since the city has many nice and affordable options for coffee shops and pastry shops. The bed wasn't a double, it was two singles (the larger model) pushed together. This was not specified in the room details and I think it is important information that should not be hidden… In the bathroom I missed a hook to hang a towel/clothes. I needed to take a chair to the bathroom to use as support. Anyway, it is not an expensive hotel and the location is good, but it is at most a 2 star hotel. I believe I have better options and with that, on my return to BA I would not stay there again.

No es un 4 estrellas. Es un 3 estrellas. No son amables atendiendo. Servicio deficiente. Habitacion normal. Zona del desayuno siempre llena y chica. Hay opciones mejores. Ubicado en puerto madero, es mejor hospedarse mas en microcentro.
