This is not a hotel, it’s an Airbnb The service attitude, cleanliness and surrounding transportation are all OK. You can walk to Termini Station The biggest disadvantage is that after 12 o'clock in the evening, there is often no hot water or even bathing water, making it impossible to take a shower. This should be noted.

Good location, good view from the room. No problems, everything is fine!

The location at night was terrible. Everything was very dark and uneasy.

I was amazed, because although the photos show a buffet breakfast, it was partly served in a bag that was placed on the door handle, without having the right to bread, cereal or butter unlike the buffet breakfast that appeared in the pictures. To regret.

In case your health is important for you and you don't like to meet very non professional service - run away from this organization/address at all. My flight was late night - arrived Rome after 23:30 - someone from this organization calling me and telling with ultimatums something like "if you are not going to pay me additionally I'll not come and open doors, you can stay in the street like homeless" although I paid for all that full day - reached to the place at 00:50 - doors were closed, there were no-one - the guy finally came - as I was with family on the street and have no other option than promise via phone that "ok come I'll pay additionally, and later I'll try to solve the issue" I double checked with my turagent - and she said that after she paid hotel for whole trip and there were no any way to cancel anything - only after that she received a note that "...our reception is open until 11:00pm and if guests arrive after this time they are required to pay a late check-in fee of 15 euros and our staff only wait until 01:00am. After 01:00 until 02:00 the suppliment is 25 euros and our staff only wait until 02:00..." But even with this I was charged full 25 euros (again with ultimatums that I can stay in the street, in the night) - although we arrived 00:50. Тhey are trying to shamelessly deceive and cheat you for money as much as they can - with ultimatums and threats. Even the indian reception guy in the next day said directly to me honestly something like "you are tourist and here in the Italy for vacation and we are scraping money from you as much as possible, and I think for you 10-20-50... euros more/less - you will not become a poor" I'm traveling enough - have been in different countries, hotels, guest houses, etc. (5,4,3.. stars, without any stars) - nowhere there were no such a unprofessional staff-management whose main goal seems was just cheating customers - they don't try even listen, understand and solve - they just trying to push their position by lying and without checking anything what you are trying to explain them. I would not recommend this organization, this staff, this service... to even my enemy. And be careful they can easily change the name as they don't have any sign about their organization in the street and their manager (at least he told me that he is a manager) said me that I can put my feedback/notes anywhere I want... they are not going to accept their problem and do any refund from what they already was able to charge from myself in the first night with ultimatums - so I kindly advise you to avoid this address at all.

Awful! You could hear everything from next door from outside from everywhere! It was impossible to have a decent sleep. The people at the reception did everything they could however to make you feel good and welcomed but it’s impossible to have nice vacation in such a room. Also some expensive for what you get. You are at a buildings floor!

A great place to stay in a convenient location. Not far from Roma Termini, it is easily accessible for the airport and is a great no frills guesthouse. The only downside to this place is that the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in every room and the shower lacks places to put down your soap and the shower head doesn’t hold. Otherwise great staff and great place to stay. Definitely recommend you stay here!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, very helpful, sociable and well-prepared staff, excellent cleanliness of the structure and easy location to visit the city as a tourist, you are completely independent to enter and exit at any time. Excellent spacious rooms equipped with comforts and accessories. Fully recommended

For our 27th wedding anniversary they couldn't have had a better gift than a stay at Santamaggiore! Daniela's thoughtful and friendly welcome! Gorgeous clean, tidy room, snow-white and very fragrant towels!! Impeccable and very clean toilet! After our bed this was the most comfortable and restful we have ever felt! Thank you!!!!! I do not recommend it at all.....at first they charged us 35 euros as a fee....then they moved us from the main building to another building where there is no reception or "hotel" staff.....the hotel thing is to them It's quite big because they don't even go to a hostel... the elevator door broke on the first day, an older elevator from yesteryear couldn't be the same as the building, everything could be heard perfectly, the walls were super thin, if you spoke, you could hear it perfectly. the room next door and so on, all doors that rattled etc...the door locks are key-operated so they give you a keychain with four keys that you need to access the building and room....and for how one of the Lastly, the few staff in the main building do not speak any Spanish...we included the transfer to the airport and that day the "hotel" had to tell us the pick-up time...since the company is supposed to They tell them the exact time and they tell us... well, nothing could be further from the truth... because they didn't even bother telling us to go to the termini station, which takes about 12 minutes walking. and we waited there for the transportation.... transportation that never arrived...after 25 min. While waiting we decided to take a taxi to the airport because we ran the risk of missing our flight because of said staff...So for me it is terrible and I don't recommend it...because they only care about collecting money and then they leave you stranded your luck.
