The breakfast is too simple, and breakfasts in other hotels in Argentina are also relatively simple.

The service me seemed a little out of context because of the hours we had we found no one in reception, cleaning 10 points, very nice apartment and comfortable

The worst I’ve ever been treated by hotel staff in my entire life. The agency made a mistake and booked the wrong room. Instead of being patient and helping resolve the issue, the small angry man at the reception named Maximiliano Schiaffino pounded his fists on my door demanding that I leave the room every 10 min. Each time showing me another copy of the incorrect reservation (as if it was my fault lol). He slammed the door shut on me, lost his temper, and banged on the door several times. Hotel Arenales please hire people with patience without aggresive tendencies. Problems happen with bookings and this is not how the client should be treated. I was planning on staying over a week here but because of this incident I was forced to cancel early and leave. **Note: The hotel has no pool! The photo on goggle is incorrent, and the standard room is the size of a tiny closet.

We were staying in this hotel from Monday 20 /2 to 22/2..tres nights ,Room 910 I don't recommend and then detail the negative points: Sleep and not very hygienic rooms , should chair In the halls on the way to the lift the heat is soffocating and the unsupportable smells Super uncomfortable beds Fruit very poor , inexisting variety of fruits , synthetic juice But the most regrettable is that last day ( 22/2) The hotel was very friendly and helpful . In fact, a worker went to us and told us we would run the water for a while. That was what we did for 15 minutes !! The hotel is a hotel with a 3-star and a half-star . Unfortunate forget to mention that when checking in one of the rooms we booked ( floor 16) being 16:15 was still not ready , about 17:00 my son just could access it . The excuse for the reception was that there were many people ... without words The only positive thing in this hotel was the air conditioning of the room that worked well and the power of the shower water . Summary : I do not recommend it , expensive for the very little they offer

The hotel itself is French, very elegant, there are some in the room, it is a little small, after staying for one night, the staff helped to clean it very neatly, the service was quite good, especially a young lady, can help store luggage, very satisfied
