Situated above Beautifully Bonkers, a very quirky local artists gallery. The decor has been styled to create an arty feel, each room individually designed depicting 1 of 5 of my favourite artists. Gustav Klimt adorns the large open plan lounge/kitchen/dinner, Lowry in the king size bedroom & en-suite, Monet in the double bedroom en-suite , Picasso in the hall and Hockney in the minstrel’s gallery. Location: The apartment is situated in the High Street of Builth Wells. A car park is no more than a minute away for guests to park. A drop off luggage facility is available. The apartment is situated above a local artists gallery. Ground Floor: (Artists Picasso & David Hockney) Front Door & Hallway Entrance There is a private entrance with a key locking system for guests who arrive when the gallery is closed. The front door leads to a hallway & an oak & glass staircase takes you to the second floor & a minstrel’s gallery. Outside Area: To the back of the property there is a seating area where our sister cafe Georgie Porgies serves lunch, coffee & cakes. This is also for the use of the Art Attic guests (guests can take their own food & drink out here or just sit & read etc if they want to). Second Floor: Artist Gustav Klimt) Open Plan Dinner/Kitchen/Lounge Dining: Table & chairs for 4 guests, fully laid up on arrival. Dresser with cups & glasses for guests use. Floor lamp.
