Un hotel muy acogedor, limpio, de personal eficiente y sumamente amable. Desayuno sabroso y abundante. El baño es amplio y cuenta con secadora de cabello, shampoo etc. Toallas limpias siempre. Las camas super cómodas, los blancos de muy buena calidad y de algodón. La habitación era cómoda y silenciosa. Muy bien ubicado y puedes llegar a todos los lugares turísticos caminando por lo que en realidad no necesitarás transporte. El personal es sumamente amable, eficiente, siempre al pendiente de las necesidades de sus huéspedes.

First time in Uzbekistan. We decided to start with Bukhara, then Samarkand and Tashkent. I advise you to start with Bukhara! The Salom inn is a wonderful authentic hotel. We arrived very early, checked out in advance and were checked in at 7 am (for an additional fee). We got the number wrong a bit. When we booked 2 rooms on Ostrovka, the area of ​​both was 20 m2. One with a double bed, the other with 2 beds. But in fact, the one with 2 bedrooms turned out to be much smaller and the bathroom was also 2 times smaller. We did not make any claims, but for those who care, please pay attention. The hotel is authentic, with a courtyard. The rooms have no wardrobes, only hangers, comfortable mattresses, new linen, a good blanket and 2 pillows. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer (for drying, not for styling), shampoo, shower gel, slippers. Breakfast is served from 7 to 9 am, not a buffet. A choice of scrambled eggs or omelet or porridge and pancakes, fruit, jam, juice, kefir, tea, coffee. You won't remain hungry. The staff, like all people in Uzbekistan, are very polite and ready to help. The most important thing is the location, in the very center of the old city, opposite Lyabi Hauz. In the evening life is in full swing, there are many restaurants. Hotel prices in Bukhara are steep. But this is understandable; the closer the hotel is to the old city, the more expensive it is. Is it worth the money ($90 per night)? Well, this is something to compare with. Of course, by European standards, no. But according to Russian standards, it’s worth it. Book it directly - it will be cheaper.
