Hotel is now too old and sinks are blocked, can’t even brush your teeth properly in the bathroom. It really needs some hugs renovations. Wonder where the money goes instead of also developing the hotel. Beds are the same old ones from the Colonial times. A bit sad for such a hotel which was highly praised.

The room is OK in Zimba
But it's really old, and many things can't keep up. For example, the door looks like it's been pried open, and the safety lock can no longer be closed.

The experience was great, the hotel is clean and everything is functioning properly. We didn't have any problems at all. The whole process of checking in was simple and fast without any inconveniences.
