COCKROACHES!!!
I was woken up at 1:30am with a cockroach crawling across my pillow and onto my face. Disgusting!
30 mins later another one appeared. I was using my shoe to kill them. (See pics attached)
I decided to leave the light on to see if that made a difference. It did slow them down for a while but at 4:30am another one ran across the bed.
I decided to sleep in my car and left in the morning, never to return.
The motel looks ok on the outside, BUT remember, once the light goes out, the cockroaches WILL come out.
Advice: Just stay somewhere else if your not a fan of cockroaches. Plenty of other motel choices In Bundaberg

We arrived after I had undergone surgery and was met by the friendliest person who was so helpful. We were shown to our room and what a lovely clean room it was. I had to have a follow up surgery the next week and stayed again that week and received the same friendly service and clean room. The pool and BBQ area looked so inviting and clean. We wished we had more time so we could have enjoyed that area as well. Would definitely recommend this Motel.

The room was perfect absolutely spotless everything l needed and walking distance to hospital to visit my husband. Easy car parking. Very friendly staff. Although close to main road not much traffic noise bed super comfortable. Plenty hot water for shower.

I recently spent two nights in The Charm City Motel, Bundaberg. Debi the manager was most polite and very accommodating to my needs. The room was everything that I expected, clean and comfortable. I initially thought the traffic noise from the highway might be a problem, but I didn't notice it at all after the rush hour. I will certainly stay there next time I need to stay overnight in Bundaberg.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a really great stay here , the woman greeting us at reception was friendly and welcoming , made sure we had everything we needed . the room was spotless with everything we needed , it was great to have a small hotplate so we could cook some dinner , there was plenty of hot water , whilst the shower pressure was not amazing , it still did the job and the facilities were great . the bed was so comfortable , and even though the motel is on a busy road , traffic noise was not a problem . I felt very safe here with plenty of security cameras on all areas . It is not right in the centre of town , but if you have transport , it is not an issue with a shopping centre a little further down the road with supermarkets . We will definitely stay here again if visiting this city , this motel offers fantastic value for money .

a very comfortable, spotlessly clean and enjoyable accommodation and exceptionally good value, Would definitely choose to stay again. Receptionist was welcoming and informative. Just off busy road so perfectly quiet and safe. Really good. Happy with my choice.

Excellent and outstanding service from the initial enquiry through to the booking, overnight stay and post stay period. Extremely clean room, full attention to detail, moderately priced and overall a 10/10. Thanks Deb and team for an outstanding experience in the lovely town of Bundaberg.

We use Charm City Motel whenever we send staff to Bundaberg for work. It is clean and tidy and the staff are always helpful. The rooms have everything that is required for the stay. We would recommend the motel to anyone needing a comfortable, well located place to stay.

Great customer service, maintained regulary, accommodating. Queen Deluxe rooms very comfortable. Pool and BBQ area has a tv and plenty of seating. Close to Local shops. Deb was very friendly and helpful and dealt with issues efficiently. Internet connection is good but could be better.
