Great new hotel in center location of Busra close to many attractions and valet parking available for convenience. Staff were outstanding and helpful. Breakfast had a large variety. My only feedback: - pillows were not comfortable - no coffee/live station at breakfast

It was absolutely perfect for the price. Cleanliness and hygiene was good. It was comfortable. Since we left at 6 in the morning, we could not have breakfast. The hotel attendant said we can prepare a breakfast plate for you despite him. Customer satisfaction is definitely a priority. If I go again, I definitely don't need to look for a different place. İlk başta trip advisor da eski fotoğraflar görmeme rağmen arayıp bilgi aldığım başta Tuncay Beyefendi olmak üzere tüm personele teşekkür ederiz.. Otel yenilenme geçirmiş olup eski fotoğraflarını görürseniz sakın aldanmayın.. Yenilenmiş ve gayet güzel olmuş, ailecek kaldığımız temiz bir Oteldir. Tavsiye ederim..

Çok da büyük bekletilerle gitmediğim bu otelde tahmin ettiğimin çok ötesinde bir deneyim yaşadık. Öncelikle aile odaları çok geniş ve tertemizdi. Odada ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Kahvaltıyı dışarda yaparız diye düşünürken otel kahvaltısının da ***et yeterli olduğunu görüp otelde yaptık. Kahvaltıya inerken temizlik yazısını kapıya asmıştım, yukarı çıktığımda oda temizlenmişti bile. Mis gibi kokuyordu. Çok memnun kaldık.

Very modern, clean hotel with great amenities. Gym, pool, sauna and hot mineral pool were all amazing. Room was spacious, well decorated, super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Location is across from many restaurants and a couple of big malls. No complaints. There was no loud music as noted in other reviews. Very satisfied with my stay!

The breakfast is made up of a combination of healthy and rich items. The hotel's rooms are very large and have smart screen apps, modern furniture, and other amenities (It has to be said that the huge balcony was our favorite). Since we were traveling with a baby, we opted for spring travel, but I'm sure it's even more magical in the winter. The effect it had on us was truly amazing!
