For the price, the issues were not shocking. The door cards were hit or miss on working, most of the lights didn’t work, the outlets were…worrisome, and the vent in the bathroom may have been home to an alien civilization. We had an issue with the refrigerator, but that was quickly dealt with. Site security didn’t exist. All hall doors were unsecured. Overall property needs repair. Linens were actually clean, I think.

The place along with the attitude needs a complete make over if they're gonna remain in business the staff needs uniforms and name tags and a professional and friendly approach t their clients

I called a week ago to check if pool was opened because noticed it was closed on 5/1 for maintenence and was told it was opened and then called just a few days ago and was told it was opened so to my dismay we get there and it's closed by the health department ,so if you are looking for a pool to relax by don't stay here

The room had bed bugs. I got bit, and had to get another room at the country in and suites. I couldn't talk to a manager because there wasn't one available. I had to check in on a kiosk. It was the worst hotel experience ever.

My family and I stayed for over 40 days. The breakfast was great, fresh pancakes and ceral for the kids. The staff was helpful, although most transactions are handled through a kiosk.
Overall it was good for the price and would stay again.

The hotel is in need of upgrades. Grounds were poorly kept. Beautiful view of the marshlands. Quiet. Very basic but clean. Places to eat nearby.

Very friendly young that checked me in, the room was very clean, there was well enough towels. Comfortable beds . I will definitely be staying at the hotel again in the future. Thank you to all staff that help made my stay at this hotel a great one.
