Location is very good because it is close to Somyeong station. Convenient because there are convenience stores and marts nearby. It is in the downtown area, so there are many people even at night. The receptionist lady is very kind. I am glad that the room is clean and the water pressure in the shower is strong.

It is an old hotel with facilities. Amenities are minimal and no toothbrush is attached. There is no curtain in the bathtub and if you shower, the floor will be flooded. You can't use the bath mat in this state. It may be good to have a beach sandal for bathing. The hot water does not come out easily and if it doesn't flow for about 20 minutes, it won't get hot. There was a hot pot on the table, but it was troubled that the code was short, so it did not reach the outlet, put the pot on the chair, and boiled the hot water. I wrote only bad things, but the front desk of the hotel was kind and the room was large enough. The location is also close to the subway station and it is a good hotel enough if you don't even expect excessively.

The hotel room looked nothing like it looked in the images. The first room I was giving the toilet had urine on the seat. My room was changed . While the bathroom and room it self was clean . The cleaning could be better. The room itself was dusty and the towels looked well used . The bedding as well could have been better. The bed was comfy and big . And the breakfast was okay for a vegetarian, basic but filled me up for the day of travel . The checking staff could be more friendly and welcoming . The location is close to the station and it’s easy to use the buses to get to place however it is far away from the beach areas . Downside of the room no hanging space and not full length mirror .

You have your own little room, bed, fridge, shelf, etc. The bathroom is shared but women and men are separate. There is a communal kitchen with everything you need. Free water!!! Excellent location with a fantastic view of Busan Harbour from the roof garden. 5 minute walk to both KTX Busan Station and the Subway. The room was very clean with plenty of space. The double bed was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing after a day of activities! Staff were friendly, punctual, and helpful. Has a restaurant on the second floor but you need a prepaid voucher from reception to access. A very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend a stay!

It's very close to the station, about 2 minutes away. The food stall next to the hotel was very busy with locals. Cleaning is on a request basis, and if you don't want cleaning, they will put towels and garbage bags in a paper bag and hang it on the door. The shower has a door, so you don't have to worry about the bathroom floor getting wet. The refrigerator is a large household type, so it cools well and can also be used for freezing. There is a water purifier, so you can use both hot and cold water. There are cups, but I recommend bringing paper cups with you or buying them at Daiso. The best thing was that the staff helped with delivery. If you want to use it, I recommend that you have exactly the right amount of cash on hand. If I go to Busan again, I will use it!

The check in process and service levels from the property really bring this from a 5 star stay to a 2 star. A property with lots of potential but not letting guests check in until 4pm and then wanting them gone by 11am sharp the next morning simply isn’t right. We arrived at midday and tried to check in early which was denied. Even though the room was empty from 1pm onwards. Poor service when we tried to contact them. Room itself is very nice, good WiFi, hot water and a comfortable bed. But the service makes me not want to return.

From the front, you can see the sea and beach of Haeundae, the high-rise buildings along the coast 🏙️, and the bridge of Guangan-ri 🌉 in the back at once.
