I have been to many hotels in Busan, but I am very satisfied with this hotel. The swimming pool and outdoor pool were warm and the friendliness of the staff was different from other hotels. I felt very grateful that they tried to do their best when I requested things like adjusting the kids lounge use time or vehicle departure time. And since I have a child, I was a bit concerned about walking around barefoot on the carpet, but was there a turndown service while I was away? Thank you for taking off your slippers and laying them out on the carpet so that you can comfortably replace them. Thank you for checking carefully to see if anything was lacking. Above all, the use of the guest-only lounge bar was great. I think it will remain a very good memory. Thank you. I was very impressed by the consideration given from the user's perspective. Thank you.

I had an amazing time at the Paradise. There was a very kind concierge who worked at the front desk (I believe his name is HyoSeok). Soaking in the outdoor pools was splendid— very organized, clean and a great view. The breakfast was delicious, with a real honey comb dripping delicious honey and a nice blend of western and eastern food choices. The restaurant is located very close to a traditional market that sells very famous street foods and it sits right in the beach (gorgeous view). Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed 3 nights at the Grand Josun during the Thanksgiving Holidays. Overall it’s a nice hotel with a good location and great (small) pool (when not busy). Unfortunately a lot of small flaws makes me not recommend the Hotel. Consider everything else to be good to great, here are the caveats you should consider when booking this Hotel. 1) There are only 3 Check-in counters and 3 elevators which both make you que during busy times 2) The shower is located in the bathtub with not enough protection, so the floor gets flooded very easily. 3) The window jalousie from the bathroom towards the main room is very see-through, so your partner can easily see you in the shower or even partly on the toilet. 4) The TV is a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube but everything is in Korean (which is acceptable) but there is also no way (that I found out) to mirror your laptop, the HDMI connector in the wall also doesn’t work. Also you have to pay extra to view basic foreign channels.

I was able to rest comfortably for 2 days and 1 night thanks to the thorough care and consideration given to me so that I could get a good education. Book the next workshop in advance!!😄

The location was good as it was close to Haeundae Beach and the traditional market. I think the facilities need some improvement. There was no door to the shower booth in the bathroom, so it was uncomfortable as water splashed into the toilet and bathroom after showering. I put a topper on top of the bed, but it was bigger than the existing mat and seemed like it would fall off the side, making it uncomfortable. Everything else was okay

Went there with my girlfriend in Sept 2019. From the beginning to check out all the personal from Suntree made us feel at home even though there was the language barrier. They call the taxi for us every single time, gave the best suggestion where to eat, always friendly when they see you. If you want to experience cherry blossoms no need to go far, Suntree hotel has an amazing view for the cherry blossoms during their seasons. Looking forward to come back to stay there again.

The four-person, one-bed hostel is cost-effective. Five minutes to Haeundae. The large platform on the top floor faces the sea and distant buildings. Drinking and chatting on the roof in summer should be very pleasant.
