The front desk staff were able to speak to us in Japanese, so we felt at ease.
We also used the spa in the basement, and were lucky to have it all to ourselves for the two of us.
The floors had been cleaned nicely, so we were able to use it comfortably.
I'd like to stay here again next time.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Seomyeon shopping district and Seomyeon underground shopping mall. There are also many restaurants nearby. The front desk and customer service staff are friendly, but the policy of cleaning only once every two days is a bit inconvenient.

Since it is a short walk from Seomyeon Station, I often used a taxi if I had a lot of luggage. It was too small for two people to stay, and I couldn't spread out my large luggage, but since I was only staying for one night, it wasn't too stressful. Since it was a Nikkei Hotel, I was able to use the power outlets and they spoke Japanese, so it was very easy to use.

I stayed in a deluxe twin room, which was very spacious, with a spacious toilet and bathroom, so I had a comfortable stay.

The location is good, there is a convenience store nearby, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, the front desk staff explained things to me in Japanese carefully, and they quickly arranged taxis and other things, so I had a pleasant stay.
