The Westin Josun Busan

I went on a business trip and just slept after finishing my schedule, so I didn't get to use the hotel much. However, the room was clean, pretty, and nice for my own use. The bedding was also very comfortable. The only regret is that this wasn't the hotel's fault at all, but I was surprised to see something outside my room, which was like a walking path on the ground floor? It was on the third floor, so I thought I would be able to see the view from the outside, but it was a path where people were walking.. Fortunately, I checked in late in the morning, but if I had come in early, washed up, and looked outside, I think I would have been very embarrassed. If it's a problem with the architecture or landscaping, it's hard to say what it is, but I think it would be better if some action was taken! Oh, and there was a cover on one of the pillow cushions that had kimchi juice stains on it. Well, it wasn't dirty or anything because it had already been washed, but I thought it would have been better if Chosun Hotel, one of the best hotels in Korea, had thrown it away. Also, lastly, there was something on one of the towelsㅠㅠ It looked like a nose to me. It wasn't dust or mold or anything. I think it's a mistake that rarely happens in normal times, but I think the most important thing in a hotel where you pay a lot of money is cleanliness, so I was a little disappointed. Other than that, the people working at the counter were very kind and nice^^ Since it's a place with such a good reputation, I expect they'll pay the most attention to cleanliness! Please pay more attention in the future. Thank you.

I stayed one night in a Park Deluxe Double Room on the 1st of the month. The room was bigger than I thought and the park view was nice. Thank you so much for assigning me to a high floor. The staff were all friendly and it was a very satisfying weekend vacation.

I often use this hotel because everything is perfect. There weren't many people swimming in the morning and it was quiet, so it was nice.

Although the room is not as spacious as expected, it is clean and tidy. Because it is a sea view room, you can really lie down and watch the sunrise in the morning. Haeundae is very close, which is very convenient. You can go out to see the sea in the morning and evening. When there is sunshine, you can sit in the room without delay. You can really put down your phone, stare at the window, and wait for the sunrise and sunset. The breakfast buffet is also very rich, and the service is always smiling.
