The room is very spacious and clean. Very nice location at the heart of the city.

Place was nice.

Accessible from both city proper and airport and near both SM and Robinsons Butuan. Staff was very accommodating with our requests. Pool was also okay though with some leaves and insects as it is an open area.

the hotel room is wide, clean but there no free shampoos etc. Mist have free kit mostly in hotel that I’ve been to has it.

Everything was good except the front desk staff. They are not that approachable and they look unhappy in receiving guests. I have been to different hotels not only in the Philippines but these front desk staff don’t know how to smile and talk to their guests. They need to be trained how to accommodate guests. On the other hand, I would like to commend the house keeping staff who know how to smile and greet their guests. The in charge for breakfast were very helpful to my family too.

Low water pressure. Front desk was efficient, not friendly.

I've been staying here everytime i go back home. I just love the relaxing pool and location is very convenient.

Everything was great except for the swimming pool that was NOT AVAILABLE during our family gathering.
