I had an awful experience with the reservation team and management at The Ridge at Playa Grande. From the start, the reservation process was a mess. They were rude, unprofessional, and extremely unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. It felt like they couldn’t care less about their guests. To make matters worse, the manager was even more disrespectful and dishonest. Instead of resolving the problem, they tried to shift the blame and refused to take responsibility for the mistakes. The lack of accountability and professionalism was shocking. This level of dishonesty and rudeness is unacceptable for a resort that claims to be high-end. I wouldn't recommend The Ridge at Playa Grande to anyone. If you're expecting good service or honesty, you'll be sorely disappointed here.
