Excelente localização, funcionários atenciosos, quarto aconchegante, tudo muito limpo e organizado, café da manhã maravilhoso. A única questão é a área de lazer que é longe do hotel, que ou vai de carro ou tem que pagar um condução a parte. O hotel poderia disponibilizar para os hospedes uma van. Acabamos nem indo conhecer a area de lazer, não tenho como opinar como ela é. Mas no demais gostamos muito e vamos voltar!

Parabéns a todos os colaboradores do Hotel, pois são extremamente educados e atenciosos e especial ao gerente Washington que nos recebeu de forma cuidadosa. Tivemos um probleminha na comunicação sobre o anexo do Hotel (instância), porém isso não obstou a pontuação máxima ao atendimento.

A localização é um diferencial a parte, em frente a rodoviária de Cachoeiras de Macacu, com entrada nos horários comerciais pela Galeria Netto. As comodidades oferecidas, como restaurante e estância é outro diferencial. Mas o melhor de todos é toda equipe que nos atendeu (recepcionistas, cozinheiras, camareira). Ressalto o atendimento do Felipe que nos recebeu e com quem fiz o contato da reserva. Com certeza retornarei!

Excelente hotel. Muito bem localizado, tudo impecavelmente limpo e a equipe de colaboradores é excelente. A cidade é ótima, cheia de cachoeiras e muita área verde. Valeu muito à pena essa estadia, tanto pelo hotel, quanto pela cidade. Com certeza eu voltarei com a minha família.
