TThe hotel boasts fantastic amenities. I’m particularly fond of the bed and pillows; I’d love to stay here indefinitely. The customer service is equally impressive. I’m grateful for the recommendations from Matthew and Peter regarding activities in Cairns.

We had a 3 days stay at this hotel. Overall not too bad in terms of cleanliness and location. The casino was not crowded and there was a limited table game.

The location is good, close to the ticket exchange pier, the hotel rooms are spacious, the functional areas of the rooms are well separated, and the family lives comfortably. There is good greenery nearby, you can stroll around after going out to sea, the street view is good, and it is not far from the night market and the aquarium. You can walk directly to

There is free coffee on the first floor of the hotel. It is very close to the fleet terminal to take a boat to the Great Barrier Reef. It is 6 kilometers away from the airport, which is not far. The room is quite big. There is a convenience store across the street downstairs. Turn right and there is a supermarket Woolworth at an intersection. Going forward is the night market. There are several good steak restaurants around, but remember to make a reservation. The environment is OK, but I think the Pullman International opposite is more beautiful. It gets dark early in winter. Try to return to the hotel before dark. Stay away from indigenous children.

It is a five-minute walk from the pier, making it convenient for travel. There are also many choices of food nearby, which is worth recommending.

The service of this Pullman hotel is really bad. The check-in person at the front desk was not friendly to Chinese people. Toiletries, tea bags and milk were not replenished. A Little Genius watch was left behind and was not returned (we sent our luggage and went back to pick it up at 2pm. The room should have been cleaned by 2pm). The surrounding area is not very safe because there is a casino downstairs. One night when I came back from shopping in the supermarket, there were some aboriginal teenagers gathered and laughed and cursed the Chinese. I was almost beaten by them. Everyone, please avoid them.

The room was clean and hygienic. But the street next to the hotel room was too noisy, which really affected my rest! I didn't get a good rest for several days!

The location of the hotel is very good and the environment is also very good. There is an entertainment city downstairs, which is very convenient.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a five-minute walk from the seaport. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel's breakfast is exquisite and delicious, and you can pay with UnionPay. It's clean and hygienic, the gym is good, and the hotel can book travel packages.
