My friends in China recommended this hotel and told me that she loves it because it’s relatively inexpensive compared to similar hotels in the area. She also stressed that it is a native Chinese brand hotel that it is easier for her to order food and just anything she needs. I was pleasantly surprised by its decor, service, cleanliness and modern amenities. Our room had a nice big tub, huge shower and toilet with bidet. It’s been a while since I visited Japan and I forgot how nice to have a bidet. The breakfast was a nice addition to our stay since it is included. It served both Chinese and American breakfast with some nice local dishes. The decor is modern Chinese Jiangnan style featuring paintings, Calligraphy, and 3-D animation of gold fishes. I enjoyed working out at the gym as well. Super clean and all equipment are easy to use. There is a Pilate room as well. I didn’t have time to enjoy it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not to mention that I asked for a power cord, it was delivered by a robot. Five star experience! .

Well designed hotel with brilliant traditional Chinese design. Worth to come and enjoy the stay. Room has wonderful spacious.

I just returned from the UK and came to the hotel directly from the airport. The staff at the front desk of the hotel was very kind and helped me store my luggage because I didn't have a room in the morning, so they prepared water for me to rest on the sofa and upgrade my room when I checked in in the afternoon. The room was very large, quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good The reception delivery speed is too slow to wait for their own down to take the hope that it can be improved in the future.

Modern Chinese style hotel with friendly and helpful stuff and modern room facilities. Subway 10 station nearby.

Very nice hotel, decent price and great local neighborhood. Also very convenient to get to the Hongqiao airport and railway station. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, with nicely decorated room and helpful staff. Excellent value for money in Shanghai! Just one damper on the location: some detour is needed to access the hotel from the subway station, especially at night when the neighboring Takashimaya is closed.

Most staff are friendly & helpful. The room is well equipped. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ To be improved: - daily cleaning service could be more friendly & considerate. - shower room could be better designed to have place to hang clothes/ towels.

I stayed only for one night but it was very wonderful and unforgettable experience. Location is perfect and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around and also a park! Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Quiet peaceful hotel environment, suits a minimalist like me and with high tech. Room services were carried out by robots. Hotel decoration combines Japanese Chinese and a lot of western elements, ancient but modern taste providing a luxury feeling when living in. Definitely my favourite.

good place WiFi should be faster and more stable.

The place was great. Close to the train station and hongqiao. We arrived and it was easy, very nice room excellent quick check in and got a very cheap breakfast deal. Better to get direct at the hotel it’s about 10% of the price. Would stay again.
