We had booked a room with a shared bathroom and they offered us a free upgrade to one with a private bathroom.
The room is very spacious, the bed very comfortable, the hotel pool, although not huge, is sufficient, and there is an area for eating outside.
The breakfast offered by the accommodation for $10 is plentiful and good. We took it one morning with the extra bacon and eggs and the extra alone would have been enough thanks to the generous portions. For Australian prices, it is highly recommended to have breakfast here.

The room was clean and the amenities were excellent. The people at the reception were all very nice.
It's close to the airport, but the only downside was that you had to walk to the main street every time.

A taxi from the airport cost about A$26. It was a little more expensive at night. There are no taxis running, so you can ask the hotel staff to call one for you.
The room was fairly spacious and clean. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and there was one problem where I couldn't stop slipping, but they managed to deal with it. They replaced the towels.
It's about a 30-minute walk to the center, so I walked there every day.
If you check out outside of these hours, there's a post box where you can put your room key, so there's no need to worry. (I regret checking out the day before without knowing this.)

The hotel is generally clean, and the shower room is in the same space as the toilet, but shampoo, conditioner, and treatments are provided, and there is even a hair dryer!
I thought it would be fine to stay there, but in the room I stayed in, there were 2-3 small cockroaches on the top and sides of a large shelf, so it may depend on the room, but you might need to be careful where you put your luggage...
It's a tropical area, so maybe it can't be helped💦
The room had an auto-lock, so that was also safe!

It was nothing that I expected from the photos that I booked it from. I was expecting a kitchenette couch balcony and it was none of that. I was not very happy and the air-conditioner was disgusting.
