Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa conocer la Isla, y le añadimos la amabilidad, profesionalidad y la atención que recibimos por parte del personal del hotel, desde Jose de cocina súper profesional, y siempre atento a que no faltase nada, pasando por Eva y por Enrique y otro chico de recepción. Gracias por el trato recibido, volveremos de nuevo.

Tolles Hotel, sehr nettes Servicepersonal, alle Zimmer mit Balkon. Man sollte aber Poolblick buchen. Es liegt zwar direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, aber das lässt sich aushalten. Störend ist nur des Spaniers liebste Tätigkeit beim Autofahren...dem Hupen 😁 Alles ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Der mittlerweile EINZIGE Briefkasten in Cala Ratjada ist im Tabakladen gegenüber. Frühstück und Abendessen als Buffet mit guter Auswahl

The reason I give this hotel 2 stars because we had to pay €11 fee and never got back. The was no water in the rooms when we arrived late as the supermarket was closing at 11:45pm. The Reception told us you need to buy your water from a shop for your room when they have bottle water there. The bed was very squeaky and it was loud the guests staying there. The food at this hotel wasn’t great either bacon for breakfast was hard and dry, aubergine and asparagus was stringy and the skin on the aubergine was tough and not much selection either.

Everything suited our needs for a short stay with the girls. The staff and guests were really friendly.
Cannot fault the hotel but no gluten free options for lunch by the pool. This didn't really present a problem as plenty of options in resort.
In resort you could get freshly baked GF baggettes in most restaurants so just ask as not advertised.

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und es kommen nachts einige Partygäste heim. Beim Esseb gibt es nur sehr wenig Auswahl.

Ich habe das Hotel im Juni für 7 Tage besucht und muss sagen das mir die Zimmer von der Größe und Einrichtung ok vorkam. +Das Frühstück war OK. -Leider war die Lautstärke der Straße (Lage des Hotels) sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ob im Zimmer oder am Pool waren die Auto/Transporter Geräusche nicht zu überhören. -Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel für eine Gruppe an Freunden die Spaß auf Party & Spaß haben nicht empfehlen. Trotzdem war alles sehr gepflegt und für Familien absolut OK.
