The rooms are bare - no hygiene products, no kettle, the plaster is falling off the walls in the hallway.
The pool is a dirty mess where mostly drunk Indians hang out and shout, the roof terrace is completely filthy and urgently needs renovation.
The wifi breaks down at least once a day
The staff is extremely friendly and tries to compensate for the shortcomings, the chef delivers a good breakfast, *** gets a hotspot at the reception.
The location is good, within walking distance of the sea

For me that "hotel" was ok, but I was also the only European in the 5 days. It is a bit noisy and that actually always, breakfast was ok, they tried very hard to take care of me, every wish was immediately fulfilled.

Small room, very unhygienic and lots of mosquitoes, if you ask ask for a mat or a coil, they are like whole goa is full of mosquitoes. However the breakfast was good that’s it

The stay was very bad. Delux rooms are like old house rooms with all walls cracked and no proper maintanance. I felt like our money was wasted. No lift facility had to climb 3 floors every now and then. Only plus point is it is at walkable distance from calangute beach.
