Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour dans cet Hôtel, le personnel est discret et très serviable, les chambres sont bien équipées et d'une belle surface , ce qui en fait un lien idéal pour y séjourner une semaine. Tout les équipements de loisirs (piscine, spa,sauna...)sont fabuleux pour pouvoir se reposer dans les meilleurs conditions. Tout est parfait ! Merci !

Wir waren das 2.mal in diesem Hotel, im Abstand von 8 Jahren. Wir konnten feststellen das alles schon ganz schön abgewohnt ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Vom Frühstück waren wir sehr enttäuscht, kaum Auswahl. Die ersten 2Tage gab es Lachs und dann wurde er nicht mehr gesehen. Das frische Obst ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Die Sauna ist auch viel zu klein für die Größe des Hauses. Leider hatten wir dieses Jahr auch etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Wir werden leider nicht wieder kommen

Very responsive to emails regarding booking. Friendly and helpful staff both at reception and in the restaurant. Stayed in one of the Napura Suites. Large living room with well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Separate bedroom with own TV. Comfortable bed. Clean and modern bathroom. Balcony with a lovely room of surrounding orchards and mountains. (Shame about the pylon). Electric external shutters and air-conditioning. Only issue was that we found lighting in bedroom and bathroom somewhat dim and the light switches somewhat complicated (could be an age thing!). Breakfast buffet was excellent. Everything was fresh and constantly replenished. Guests able to juice their own vegetables and fruit. Evening meal was also excellent. The steak melted in mouth. Both fish dishes (Tuna and salmon) were tasty and well presented. Free parking. Somewhat out of city but Tourist card allows free use of public transport. Bus stop five minutes away with buses going into and retruning from city centre every 15 minutes. Takes about 25 minutes. Only negatives were having to check out at 10 am. Also be aware that cannot get food in hotel over lunchtime - this is stated on website so we were warned! Room was above the restaurant which was a little noisy - I think it was the juicer! Would ask for a room second floor upwards

Ein wunderbares Hotel mitten in den Weinreben. Zentrale Lage nach Bozen und Meran. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wunder schöne Pool/ Saunas auf dem Dach des Hotels. Die Zimmer waren klasse, wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Restaurant sollte man besucht haben. Das Auto ist wunderbar untergebracht. Zu erwähnen ist auch das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Wir kommen wieder.

I strongly advise against this place to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant evening. The owner turned out to be extremely ANNOYING, VULGAR and RUDE. His lack of respect towards customers completely ruins the experience. Furthermore, during our visit, we were verbally assaulted by him. Before this unpleasant episode, the bartender, apparently exhausted, ordered us to prepare our drinks so she could take a break. Despite her total LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, we tried to understand her and accommodate her.
