Quite disappointed by two services in particular, namely cleaning and access to the Spa.
Regarding the cleaning, there were traces of dirt in the bathroom.
Regarding the Spa, access is totally paid, you just have access to a swimming pool…
In short, value for money, there is clearly abuse.

I must say it was a wonderful experience. The hot springs were a perfect way to unwind and relax, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel itself was beautiful and charming, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure that everything was just right during my stay. The breakfast is also great with plenty of choices, which was a nice bonus. The town where the hotel is located is quite and peaceful, with picturesque natural landscapes that provide a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and hot spring to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Hotel Termes Victoria is located in the center of old town Caldes de Montbui, a short 30-40 mins drive from Barcelona.
Rooms are clean and cozy, yet they are equipped with old amenities. Like an antique hair dryer that looked like a phone booth.
The highlight of the hotel is definitely the spa “Espai Cel” at the basement. With several packages available for everyone - whether you are staying as a guest or not -
We chose the 2 hours package, 44€ per person on weekend, granting access to all 7 pools, 5 warm water, 1 hot water and 1 cold water pool.
Pro tip: bring your own flip flops 🩴 otherwise you will have to purchase them at the hotel.

Bon séjour quelques problèmes de chambre à l’arrivée changement 2 fois de chambre, piscine agréable toutefois non annoncée à notre arrivée (nous l’avons découverte de nous même)
Le spa est très agréable et les bains thermaux sont une activité très sympathique à faire.
L’accueil a su être professionnel à l’encontre des problèmes rencontrés

Es muy buen hotel, las piscinas termales con agua caliente de verdad no como en los spa que cuando llevas 5 min en el agua ya está fria. Las recepcionistas que nos han atendido son muy simpáticas y agradables con parquing gratuito, admiten mascotas 😍
