This was a weird set up. Once I got into my room, I was pleased, but the check in process was confusing and frustrating. I think they should post instructions on the site before you book, and if you do book, send the check in instructions beforehand so you don’t have to rely on other travelers to let you in.

We had to pay €15 out of pocket on top of our hotel bookings price we already paid because the owner said there was a price wrong through hotel bookings, needless to say we had a receipt from hotel bookings confirming our reservation for two people and she still wouldnt give us the room we booked unless we paid an extra €15. We therefore were forced into it as you cannot cancel the reservation after booking unless you want to forfeit the reservations fee. Very disappointed

When we arrived at approx. 5:30 pm we were told that the room is not available due to mechanical issues. After waiting and explaining to two ladies in the store next door (who were also managing guests' check in) we were offered a double room at Lotus hotel. Issue was solved but the check in at our booked place never happened.

Buen precio pero no esperes algo estupendo. Hay que comoartir el baño, bastante ruido a la noche y un poco duro de aparcar en las cercanias. El desayuno es muy, muy básico.

Baño compartido que no limpian, el agua de la ducha sale congelada y no son capaces de avisarte hasta que llegas y el trato del personal que te recibe pésimo y déspota.
