Very nice hotel that offers a fairly varied meal for buffet and also for breakfast. The room is spacious and well soundproofed, the cleaning was not impeccable (a few hairs here and there). Overall we had a good stay, we were not able to enjoy the jacuzzi on the terrace because some blinds were no longer in place which left a lot of vis-à-vis.

Avec mon épouse on’a pris un circuit thermal, la réception du SPA nous nous a pas prévenue que le sauna humide ne marchait pas et il y’avait un courant d’air froid au niveau de la première piscine.En plus on’a payé le prix fort.il aurait pu faire un effort vu que le sauna humide ne marchait pas.On’est des habitués et c’est la première fois qu’on était déçu.

Esa referencia es para el salon restaurante para eventos . De dicho balneario Sin mantenimiento las instalaciones . De cuatro cavinas en los lavabos de señoras , solo funcionava uno. Los otros tres ,uno no tenia luz, otro no cerrava la puerta y otro estava precintado con cinta americana negra fuera de servicio. Muy mal servicio de platos , algunos con media hora de diferencia con otros Comida de tasca . Aún que fuera un menu economico para beneficencia del cancer , ya que se quedan con parte de lo pagado . Inpropio de un hotel de varias estrellas . No lo recomiendo para eventos .

Presentación de la comida peor que mal! La mala educación de la señora de la limpieza del spa nivel 10. Mucho frio en las zonas comunes! Es una pena que un balneario tan bonito de tan mal servicio. El edificio es muy bonito y con encanto. En cambio el interior ya podían mejorarlo bastante , los muebles de las salas de padre y madre diferentes nada que ver unos con otros, estancias frías, sin alfombras, ni cuadros ni nada de nada. La habitación por ser un 3* es aceptable, pero el colchón ni en un motel de carretera, todo deformado y incómodo, cuando se supone que vas a este hotel a descansar y dormir bien. La sala de aguas está bien, no hay mucha gente y está todo limpio. Creo que este balneario con el nombre que tiene que mejorar muuuucho.
