There is no room service or kitchen to order from.
Check In was cumbersome - one of the hotel staff was continuously saying I have to settle the bill since they have not received the funds from Trip.com and that they will refund me once the funds have cleared - this even after Trip.com verified with the Hotel Staff Supervisor that payment was done.

As always, we choose Caledon Spa as our getaway for two, we enjoy the hot springs, the cool pool and of course the lovely walk around the grounds. I would like to see some upgrade to the rooms though, especially the bathroom, which hasnt changed in the 20 years we have been visiting there, The bathroom, although clean, is old and outdated with the shower and shower curtain in the bath. Another huge challenge is the fact that there is no halaal restaurant or eatery within in the grounds. One has to drive out into town to get KFC , which is not always what we want. I think Caledon Spa will be great if there was a Nandos onsite. Nandos my preference, but any other halaal eatery will be appreciated, seeing that there are many Muslims checking in at Caledon all the time. Breakfast buffet is always a highlight
Still, my favorite place to go to for some R&R.

Beautiful environment. Perfect for the relaxed getaway I needed after my wedding. Spent a lot of time by the pool. The spa staff were so friendly and easy to talk to. Clean and comfy room. Would 100% recommend to my fellow wedding girlies after.

Na een hele dag wine tasting in de hemel en aarde vallei is het een passend vervolg om te genieten van heerlijk gloeiend hete spa uit natuurbronnen. Van begin tot eind geen chloor geroken, wat een genot. Het hotel is gedateerd evenals de ****** bezoekers.

Food is delicious. The view of the hotel is amazing and can not wait to visit the place again next year. Will be bringing the kids with as they also need time to relax and have fun after a good year. The staff was amazing they communicated with a friendly tone

The place was so amazing even the view it was clean the service was excellent nothing more than happy for me even their service was excellent nothing was wrong their shower was havindmg warm water their food was very nice and the manager good .

The pillows are fluffiest I've ever felt before and the rooms are open enough for space, you enjoy the atmosphere as you arrive and when you get inside you get the most charming, beautiful, stunning and a very very welcoming hot, entering the premises is nice
