- por error del hotel descontaron dos veces el valor de la reserva y en vez de reponer el dinero y aceptar su error, me trataron mal y le echaron la culpa al banco. Pésima experiencia. Nunca devolvieron el dinero a pesar de llevar los extractos del banco. - hubo pelea dentro del hotel en horas de la madrugada y no pude descansar, nadie del hotel subió a poner orden. - todo el personal es grosero ante cualquier queja o reclamo. - reservé una habitación con cama doble, me dieron una habitación con camas sencillas. No recomiendo para nada este lugar, no se responsabilizan por nada.
