Hotel aconchegante, localização com vista privilegiada. Refeições de qualidade, sempre com chocantes ótimo as. Na minha opinião poderiam ter um pouco mais de opções na café. O quarto estava com problemas no aquecimento de piso e toalhas, já sinalizados com aviso dentro do quarto. Utilizei o serviço de SPA que considerem ótimo. Destaque para a funcionária Érika.

Fomos apenas para desfrutar de um almoço, mas foi excelente! Desde o atendimento do Leo ao nos servir no restaurante, quanto a comida estava maravilhosa e com vários pratos com sabores ligados ao chocolate. Uma verdadeira experiência diga da Cacau Show.

O lugar é muito lindo, o quarto bastante confortável. Agenda de programação bem interessante. Ana julia, Mayara, Douglas e Alan foram muito prestativos e gentis. Os garçons todos muito simpáticos. O pessoal da recepção nem tanto. A comida é incrível. Gostamos muito da experiência.

Hotel muito bonito, excelente localização, staff com atendimento perfeito, excelente café da manha e a gastronomia excepcional. O Hotel precisa melhorar itens básicos para atender os hospedes . O chuveiro não aquece ( além do acesso perigoso para dentro de uma banheira alta), as toalhas de banho além de velhas e encardidas, furadas e resgadas. Os quartos ( pelo menos no térreo) não possuem ar quente e falta um espelho de corpo inteiro. Os spa`s com agua morna para fria. Hotel extremamente gelado , o que torna desconfortável transitar da piscina para os quartos. Roupões não estavam disponíveis, só conseguimos porque fizemos massagem, caso contrario, não atenderam a nossa solicitação. O hotel não justifica a tarifa de R$1700/diária.

Terrible. I do not recommend. A hotel with cold water for bathing?? My daughter cried from the cold. The staff do not help guests when faced with something so serious. Terrible attendance. Swimming pool also with cold water at 9am. Employee said they would only start heating in 1 hour. Towels at the pool? There isn't either and even if you ask at reception, the staff don't help the guest.
