Best Can Pastilla Spa Hotels

A good four stars. Hotel close to the airport (taxi 14 euros, no ubers in Mallorca). I was lucky enough to have a terrace room (first floor room) where you walk from your balcony directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool. I reckon these rooms are best unless you're obsessed with a sea view in which case go above 5th floor. Hotel breakfast is good- lots of choice. Also an inexpensive cafe / bar on poolside with very friendly staff. The hotel was peaceful when we were there- slept well and beds pretty comfortable. Very very close to the beach- 3 mins walk - and then you're on the beachfront which has an almost unlimited abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars. One cautionary note about the restaurants nearby - be careful with the reviews many look to be inflated / fake so choose carefully. Lots of mini-supermarkets - the best within 5 mins walk is carrefour express.

This is a fantastic place to stay at Can Pastilla. The hotel is modern and bright, with excellent facilities. It is located only a block from the beach. The hotel is immaculately clean. The staff are exemplary and everyone has a friendly hello, at all times of the day. We loved the extensive buffet breakfast and were sorry to be missing it on our last morning, due to an early flight. However we were delighted to be given a packed lunch on check-out. Our lovely room was on the 4th floor with a great pool and sea view. It was serviced daily. The two complimentary bottles of water and a bottle of olive oil, with a lovely handwritten card, were appreciated. We availed of a complimentary Pilates class one morning and had a treatment in the Spa another day. Staying in the Helios is an experience and we look forward to returning.

After reading the reviews here, we purposely booked a top floor room with views of the water. The room was great, and the balcony was even better. It had a terrific view! The bed was comfortable. The A/C was weak but eventually worked. The bathroom had weak shower pressure but good hot water. The breakfast was large and diverse. The location is near the marina was helpful since we were catching a boat. One big negative is the rooftop pool closes early! They shut it down at 6p - but for good reason: people start getting drunk and acting out. We saw a group of drunk young men start diving into the shallow pool. Yikes! Note that this is one of the only hotels that will let you stay for one night. Oh, as others have said, the front desk staff isn’t exactly nice, but they aren’t slow or ineffective. Just remember that you’re staying here because of price and location. Don’t expect luxury.

Great hotel, loads of facilities, great location (I think 5-10 min from airport by car/taxi and same distance walking to the beach). Tbh I normally dont do reviews, not bads not good reviews, I am too lazy for that lol, but this hotel really deserves a good review. I went on my own and just 4 nights so I was a little bit hesitant because I didnt want to feel awkward so I looked for an hotel that has everything and they had it, from the staff that all of them were so friendly and helpful (I felt even spoiled), the location, the food ( buffets for breakfast and dinner with lots of variety and different themes of food very night for dinner), the facilities (2 jacuzzi, sauna, 3 pools) and the entertainment were excellent, I definitely will go again but with family and I will stay at least for a week
