The hotel was converted from a monastery in the countryside of southern Europe. It has its own church, a restaurant and bar converted from a corridor, and the olive groves and fields in the hotel garden are all stunningly beautiful. Amazing old convent turned hotel. Beautiful architecture and interesting decor. Great boutique with handicrafts and porcelain. The hotel accepts pets - still rather unusual in Portugal.
Unfortunately, a bit understaffed which affects level of service. Anyway good option to explore Évora.
