The staff were superb. I was leaving early and they provided a breakfast the night before including a thermos of coffee that was still hot in the morning.

Ho alloggiato presso l'hotel nel pariodo14/18 sett per vedere mondiale enduro a fare uscite in e bike ( hotel attrezzato). Posizione molto tranquilla, gran comfort in camera (doccia top), colazione e cena molto curata e gustosa, con servizi al tavolo ineccepibili, il tutto ad un prezzo allettante...da dicembre 24 Spa completamente rinnovata. Sono stato con mia moglie una settimana al Cesa Tyrol ed il giudizio è abbastanza buono. Ottima la camera, sempre perfettamente pulita, ottimo il servizio ed ottimo anche il personale della sala da pranzo. In particolare la bravissima e gentilissima Elena merita un plauso. Veniamo alle note meno positive, che poi è una sola: la cucina. I dolci sono veramente ottimo, ma il resto..... La qualità dei piatti è stata veramente deludente, oltre al fatto che se prenoto un 4 stelle mi aspetto un menù da 4 stelle, non voglio vedere nel menù "Scaloppine al limone" o "Fettina alla pizzaiola", perchè il livello dovrebbe essere un altro. Il mercoledì c'è stata quella che è chiamata "cena di gala" (?), con aperitivo che è stato veramente incredibile ! Un bicchiere di prosecco accompagnato da: - alcune olive verdi; - alcuni salatini di infimo livello, tra i quali dimorava un pezzetto di patatina che chissà da quanto tempo giaceva in quella vaschettina (vedi foto). Questo non è da 4 stelle, meglio non farlo. Queste, in sintesi, le mie impressioni. Bene, ma non benissimo.

Ho trascorso una settimana in questo hotel. Bella camera spaziosa anche quella riservata ai singoli. Ottima la colazione e la cena con ampia scelta. Servizio accurato. Al momento un po’ carente il settore wellness ma a dicembre 2024 sarà operativo il nuovo centro benessere.

Con mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per una settimana/vacanza e siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti. Dotato di ogni comfort: pulizia, camera ampia e ben arredata con vista panoramica sulle Dolomiti. Il personale molto attento alle esigenze del cliente e in particolare il Signor Michele sempre disponibile e premuroso. I pasti ottimi e abbondanti con squisite prelibatezze... bravissimo/i lo/gli chef accorto/i anche al mio problema di intolleranza al lattosio. Posizione strategica e tranquilla nonostante il traffico in questo periodo . Complimenti a tutto lo staff che ha reso la nostra vacanza davvero indimenticabile!!!

Son stato 3 settimane ospite di questa struttura negli appartamenti, albergo molto bello dotato anche di spa e campo da tennis. Situato a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Canazei è vicino a una piccola cascata. Personale cordiale, ambienti caratteristici della zona tenuti con cura. Parcheggio privato sia per gli ospiti dell’albergo che per chi scegli di soggiornare in appartamento. Lavatrice in area condivisa disponibile e a pagamento c’è anche l’asciugatrice.

Wir waren 3 Tage als Motorradgruppe da. Schön gelegen, etwas erhöht und abseits der viel befahrenen Strasse. Sehr saubere Zimmer, Einzelzimmer gross und schön. Wunderbares Frühstück, sehr gutes Abendessen, schöne Weinkarte. Service in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
