Hotel Dolomiti Schloss

Hotel was great for the price, we were only there one night. Everything was clean and well maintained. Good location in the mountains

I read the various comments after booking, I was afraid of finding bad surprises. And instead it went to the Top. I don't know how much these people who book on booking paid, maybe there is a different treatment on some rooms or dinners. We entered with amazement and there was a double room, bathroom with double sinks and a shower with triple shower heads of all types and two meters wide. Fridge, even a kitchen cabinet in case it was needed for small children (we didn't use). Clean, spacious, comfortable. I read comments where it is said that the breakfast is miserable. But absolutely not!!!!! There is everything, and the filled donuts are almost always there, even freshly squeezed oranges. The dinner is abundant and with various choices in the fixed menu. The only small flaw is that upon arrival they don't explain things and the organization to you a little, both of the hotel, and of the services that can be used. Upon arrival left a bit like this. The Val di Fassa card, we discovered it after 2 days (however, it is done in the hotel and you have discounts and free services). For the rest, nice and kind staff, very practical and helpful manager. Girls in the restaurant room kind and smart, especially the one from Bari, who we greet.

Esperienza pessima le 4 stelle dell’hotel Dolomiti schloss sono state coperte da un grosso nuvolone. Ambiente da svecchiare La camera nn era la superior prenotata, con balcone ma piccola e con una finestra sulla strada. La colazione scarsa e di scarsa qualità, personale delle camere scostante ( tutti stranieri) e quello del ristorante irriverente, la caposala mi ha risposto male per averle chiesto un cucchiaino. Ma siamo in un 4 stelle? L’unica cosa positiva il personale della reception che di fronte al mio disappunto per la camera il giorno dopo ce l’ha cambiata, ed era molto carina, ma non funzionava il frigo! È stato aggiustato dopo due giorni, in agosto puó servire! Poi non ci hanno fatto uno sconto per il disagio, ma ci hanno offerto il pranzo al sacco che aveva un costo di 24 euro. Il prezzo della camera 290 euro. Canazei ha tanti hotel !
