Nossa experiência no hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. Ao chegar, encontramos um gato no quarto, dormindo nas camas, e o ambiente estava repleto de pelos de gato. O chão apresentava tábuas erguidas, estava sujo e o banheiro era imundo. Além disso, não havia água quente, tornando impossível tomar um banho. O pátio estava alagado, tornando a permanência no local inviável. Ao solicitar ajuda à atendente, ela não compareceu ao quarto para resolver os problemas, e, para agravar a situação, não houve a devolução do valor da diária. Foi uma experiência desagradável e insatisfatória em todos os aspectos.Lamentavelmente, tivemos que deixar o hotel devido às condições insatisfatórias, e não conseguimos utilizar a diária já paga. Isso acrescentou ainda mais frustração à experiência.A atitude da atendente, ao não verificar a possibilidade de resolver nossos problemas, resultou em total falta de cordialidade. Deixar-nos ir embora às 22:30 da noite sem qualquer atendimento agravou ainda mais a situação e contribuiu para uma experiência extremamente desagradável.

Excelente Custo-Benefício para quem está de carro, pois não fica no centro de Gramado e nem Canela, mas super de fácil de acesso para ir passear e voltar para a pousada. Os novos proprietários nos trataram como se tivéssemos anos de amizade. Um café muito gostoso e caseiro com bolo e frutas. Um chalé bem aconchegante com ambiente rústico e muito gostoso. O nosso chalé tinha um sótão maravilhoso com duas camas. Se tivesse uma cama de casal na parte de cima, com certeza dormiria no sótão. As carpas e os galos cantando me deixaram mais perto da natureza e sentindo que estava em viagem. Recomendo para quem não gosta muito das formalidades dos grandes hotéis. Estacionamento grande sem precisar deixar a chave dando segurança para o carro.
