El parador esta totalmente reformado, el spa es fenomenal, ambiente tranquilo, las habitaciones superiores espectaculares, muy grandes y agradables, volveremos siempre que se pueda.

*Recepción: el recibimiento fue muy amable *Habitación: Confortable y limpia con vista al monte. Muy bonita. Atenciones en la habitación: agua mineral, dos delicias locales, muy apreciadas. El baño es moderno. Las camas son un poco duras (pero esto es por supuesto personal). *Restaurante/cafetería: cocina excelente con personal amable y profesional. Sobre todo gracias por el servicio excelente de Adrián Galán (inolvidable), tambíen gracias a Alex Portilla (cafetería) y Patricia Marti. *Desayuno: bien organizado con un bufet bueno y con servicio bueno. *Director: un agradecimiento especial al director don Ignacio Bosch Garcia por su personal acogida y por poner a disposición el número de verano de la revista de Paradores. En breve: nuestra estancia fue agradable.

Had a superior room which was very large and comfortable. Good bathroom facilities. The only think I would have liked would have been tea and coffee making facilities, but that is not unusual in Spain. Very quiet. Interesting building in its own right. Nice grounds. Food and service in the restaurant for dinner were excellent. Breakfast was the normal paradore offering. Limited buffet and a small amount of bacon and egg available to order. I would prefer a more extensive hot buffet, but all the Paradores we have stayed at are the same. Great area, for exploring. Really regretted not staying more than the one night, as both the area and the hotel justified a longer stay.

Great place to stay on way back to Santander. Lovely room with view over grounds and river. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast with great service. Comfortable bar area and outdoor area for drinks. This Parador represents far better value than others I have stayed in.

Deze mooie Paradores ligt aan de voet van de Picos de Europa, een adembenemend mooie omgeving waar je naar hartelust kunt wandelen en fietsen of kanovaren. Het hotel zelf is prachtig en rustig gelegen. Alles is erg schoon en de kamer waar we zaten is erg ruim met een grote badkamer. In het hotel zijn enkele historische archeologische resten te vinden die stammen uit de tijd dat dit hotel nog een klooster was. Bij de bar van het hotel is een prachtige patio waar je heerlijk in de zon kunt genieten van een drankje en hapje. Het eten in het restaurant is prima en met een goede prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding voor wat je krijgt. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en alle koude spullen zijn keurig opgeborgen in een vitrine. Op het terrein bevinden zich voor electrische auto’s een Tesla lader en een gewone lader. Geen superchargers maar je kunt je auto daar prima opladen.

Wunderbares Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Mit sehr schönem gepflegten Garten und einem traumhaften Innenhof. Den wir wegen Regen leider nicht nutzen konnten. Wir hatten ein großartiges Zimmer im Haupthaus. Dies wurde beheizt und dadurch war es sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet und sehr geschmackvoll zubereitet. Das Restaurant ist zwar nett gestaltet, aber zu Groß und die Tische waren nicht besetzt und dadurch wirkt es eher ungemütlich. Das Personal ist aber kompetent und freundlich. Es gibt auch eine gemütliche Bar wo man kleine Snacks bekommt. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden.
